Description of Work: Job was scheduled for a Sunday when both vehicles, a mid size SUV and a Prius, would be home. Two technicians were supposed to show up but only one did. Ondrai worked hard from 9am to 7pm to try to get the whole job finished but couldn't make it. He volunteered to come back the next morning at 8am to finish the Prius by 10.30 when it was needed. This he did. I don't know what arrangement would have been made if both vehicles had been needed Monday morning. It might have been a problem. Description of Work: They did a great job and were very thorough. I had spilled chocolate milk on my 2010 Acura's light colored carpet and had been unsuccessful in getting it out. They were able to remove it and it looked almost new again. I also opted for adding $30 to the original Big Deal of $129 for leather seat cleaning and sealing since I had leather seats in another car that actually split. The seats now look great, too. It's so convenient to have this work done by their coming to my home. I had gotten frustrated by the inadequate job that was done at car washes, even when I added on "detailing" for a substantial cost. The Jewel team were very pleasant to deal with and I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Used a deal package for $99. Was advised that due to my vehicles size SUV it would be $30. more. When staff arrived I was advised shampooing the seats were an extra $30. It was well worth it. Very pleased. The owner was prompt in returning calls and flexible in scheduling.

Description of Work: Arrived right on time. Detailed the inside and cleaned and waxed the exterior. Results were excellent. Only thing was an extra charge for my Subaru being a SUV. I've seen sedans larger than my Forester. Think the SUV tax should be for vehicles you need a ladder to clean the roof. Other than that (which I knew about in advance) the services were excellent!

Description of Work: Complete detail of BMW Convertible. I was shocked at how good it looked. Two techs worked over four hours, solid. My wife came home, said the car looked better then when we bought it. These guys are great, no doubt about it. Professional, polite, and the price is right. Will definitely use them again.
