The guys were awesome and my 10 year old car looks brand new. Two guys worked for 5 hours and got in every nook and crannie inside. I have two large hairy dogs that spend a lot of time riding with me and it was like they never had been in my car after the crew was done cleaning it. The outside was washed and waxed and the tires even made to look new. I've had my car detailed a couple of times at a car wash but this was the best job ever. They came to my house so I didn't even have to be without my car for the day. I highly recommend them!

The folks at Jewel must have been overwhelmed with responses to the Big Deal because we had to wait a couple of weeks after the purchase. When they came out the first day, they spent a couple of hours working on the car and then it started raining, and they had to stop. We rescheduled for two days later and again they were on time, arrived ready to work and started all over again from scratch. When we started, they walked me around the car and explained what they would be doing. They pointed out places where they might not be able to get all the scratches out, and a place in the carpet that was stained that probably would not come out. We talked about what they would do for the convertible roof, and wanted me to know that they would be cleaning and vacuuming the trunk as well as the storage compartment for the convertible top. It took two men about three and a half hours. When they were done, the car looked new - both inside and out. The scratches they pointed out were barely visible, and the stain, while still there, was lighter and not as noticeable. It was a great job. Both my wife and I were extremely pleased, and I would highly recommend them..

He did an excellent job cleaning both the inside and especially the very dirty outsde. When he was done, I said "Wow"!

Mark called to let me know how far away he was and when he would arrive. He arrived on time. He is very personable. We looked over my car to identify any existing scratches and dents. He explained that a good compound and buffing would get out the scratches and water marks (but I didn't want that service). He didn't "upsell", just said it would be good to get that done if I wanted to get the scratches out. He did an outstanding job on the car. Took a few hours and then we inspected the car after he was done. I would recommend using them. Just a word on needing a hose. The information provided stated I should have access to electricity and water, which I did. But they really should have said access to electricity and water with a hose. Mark did go to the store to buy a hose--no cost to me of course since he can just use it for future jobs.

Jewel staff were punctual, polite and very neat. They really paid attention to detail and we were extremely pleased! We highly endorse them.

The service provided to me by Jewel Auto Care were okay. He did a good job. He did a good job with one of the problem areas that I wanted done, which was the chrome.

Jewel was great. They guys showed up on time and worked very hard in the blazing sun. The car was spotless both inside and out. I paid extra $25 for SUV and travel outside of 20 mile radius but I will use again.

Happy with the all around service. Would recommend and use again.

Very good service. Asked if I could have my motorcycle done as well and hopped on the phone to his boss, even after he had cleaned up the work area. Had it all done in no time. Would use again!

Jewel Auto did a fantastic job. They got all stains off the seats and the car sparkled inside and out. They arrived when they said they would be there and they were very up front about expected costs. I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

I called Mark after another company didn't show up for an appointment. We were able to set up an appointment that was before my daughter left for school. The person was 5 minutes early which was great. He went to straight to work. He seemed to take pride in his work, was willing to answer questions I had as the work progressed and made sure I was happy before he left. Just a make to sure to let them know if you don't have a hose when you call to make the appointment.

They were horrible and not up to Angies List standards. They were asking me for tools. Also, the did a horrible job. There was not any deatil to this detail job, it was like a car wash. They called at 10am and said they will be there by 11am. They didnt show up until almost 2pm and I had to leave for an appointment at 3pm which I missed and then they claimed they were done anyway. I called to their attention the areas they missed and what a poor job the did. This was just outrageous. Complete 180 than was was listed on Angies List. It was not a good expeirence.

I bought a discounted car detailing package from Jewel thru Angie's List and was able to get an appointment very quickly. The final result was outstanding! The detailer who did the work was Zack; and he was personable, friendly, and professional. His attention to every detail made my car look new again. My car was not especially dirty, but Zack still spent 3 hours cleaning every little nook and cranny. The old spilled coffee stain even disappeared from the tan carpeting. I asked if he could vacuum the inside of the trunk and clean the metal around the trunk and trunk lid; and, after checking with the Jewel office, he did it at no extra charge. When Zack finished his work, he requested that I examine the car to make sure he didn't miss anything. Lastly, he put the extension cord and hose back in their original places before he left. I was impressed! One small misunderstanding that I had with Jewel was the additional $25 destination charge for travel over 20 miles. I didn't remember seeing this additional charge on Jewel's website, but that was my fault. I had overlooked it. I questioned Zack about it, and he contacted Mark, the owner, who works with customers on these details. When Mark had calculated the mileage to my house, he came up with approx. 31 miles. When I calculated it using Mapquest, I came up with just over 21 miles. When I talked with Mark later that day about it, he unhesitatingly agreed to my calculation of 21+ miles and didn't even question it. He reduced the destination fee to $15. Mark was very pleasant to work with; it's clear to see that customers are important to him, and he wants to keep us happy. Good job, Jewel Auto Care.

It went fine. They seemed to be very thorough and I was not expecting that. We had a lot of dog car in our car and they managed to clean it out and make the car look brand new. They managed to get every tear out and it looks brand new.

Jewel Auto care is amazing. They know there craft and have given me tips on how to properly maintain my vehicles in between needing their services again. Great responsive, friendly intro by Mark to how to care for my vehicles and what to expect them to do. He gave great detail over the phone as to what chemicals they use, tools etc. and the advantages in using them. When they say the car looks like a mirror when finished, they are not kidding. Tanya, the receptionist is very quick to get back with me with any questions, scheduling issues etc. We had a 9 year old Saab Wagon done and an 11 year old Honda Odyssey for the second job. I have to say the honda shine came out so nicely, that I was behind a newer version of the Honda Pilot with a similar color, oldest it could have been was 3 or 4 years old. I could not believe that my 11 year old van looked as good as the newer Pilot. Amazing door to door service. The crews are friendly and open to suggestions or questions. I was skeptical about getting any of our vehicles detailed, as we never have. No cutting corners here, ever inch of my vehicles was cleaned, buffed and done with pride. Mark did a great job on my Prius. My plan was to detail the car on Saturday and put it on Craig's list to sell on Sunday. Mark arrived at 9:30 AM and left around 3:30 PM. He did not take a break and worked to get the stains out on my car seat and the scratches out on my car doors. The car looked beautiful and I sold it on Craig's list the next day within one hour. The picture of the car just shined online. A funny thing happened during the detailing, when he was about one hour from finishing, the sky opened and it poured like crazy. Mark moved the car into my garaged and finished buffing the car inside the garage. I would highly recommend Jewel Auto Care. A great job and a great price.

Wow! These guys are great! They were incredibly meticulous- intent on cleaning each crumb, washing every spot, etc. It was well worth the value of the Big Deal and I will certainly use them again. My car looks virtually brand new...I'm speechless. Arranging the service was very smooth and easy. I was given an appointment for one week after I purchased the Big Deal. I assumed I'd have to wait weeks. All of the extra costs were clearly explained and there weren't any surprises. These were for distance and for cleaning leather seats. These extra fees were very reasonable, especially given how great the leather seats look. I will turn to them if I need to sell my car and want it to look top notch.

The service provided was awesome. The company sent two guys out to work on the cars. They arrived promptly. I did not know ahead of time that they wanted to put my car in the garage and my garage was filled with boxes and items that I had picked for a garage sale. Since it was going rain, we decided not to move all the stuff out of the garage because it would get wet before they could get everything put away. So the guys used their ingenuity and made a tent out of old bedding and some ladders. Now that is the kind of worker who would go far in the corporate world. See a problem and instead of giving up, and walking away, these two worked together to find another solution to their problem. Unfortunately, It did start to rain before the guys were finished. So they had to pack up and they offered to come back the next day. The next day was Saturday and I tried to talk them out of working on their day off but they insisted. So I said yes, and we worked out a time and they left. Their boss call me later to make sure that indeed I was willing to have them on a Saturday, and I said to him, "are you kidding I can't believe those two guys are willing to work on a Saturday. Of course I'm willing to let them come here." And so the boys came and did another excellent job on my vehicle and I was so pleased I gave each of them an extraordinary tip. I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking for their cars to be detailed. I think that the job they did was so awesome. I was stunned to see that I could actually see myself in the reflection of the blood of the car. That to me is a shine that most places dont give you,because their workers just don't care enough about their jobs and have no pride in their work.. So again if you're looking for great place choose Jewels. I hesitate to say this corny pun but the fact of the matter is, "they do make your car look look like a jewel."

The two men showed up on time and did a good job hand waxing. But they did not look under the third seat and one whole section of the inside of the car did not get cleaned.

Two young men cleaned and waxed my 2005 Honda Odyssey, which was quite dirty. They spent nearly 4 hours on the job and were working all the time. I am very pleased with the results -- unusual for a white vehicle to sparkle!

The first appointment made for the service had to be cancelled as it was a day/week when we had gotten a lot of rain, so they were running way behind. Understandable. We rescheduled for a week or so later. I had taken advantage of the $99.00 auto detailing coupon, so it was $129.00 after the upgrade for the size of the vehicle. I'm not convinced I would pay the regular $250 price for it. I don't have the budget for that, but it was certainly worth more than $129.00 + tip. The truck looks really nice. Two nice young men came and did the work on an extremely HOT day. That's not an easy task. It took a little over 3 hours in the heat.
