I purchased a Big Deal at the end of May, 2013 to have my 2013 Honda Odyssey detailed. Mark was awesome to schedule with: he and I worked around eachother's schedules until eventually settling on a July 13 service. Mark was able to provide near immediate service but I wasn't in a huge hurry and had several other family activities in the works that I knew my van would be in use for. Mark was even flexible as things came up which forced me to rescheduled previously planned dates. Mark's guys showed up promptly on the scheduled day. I'd been a little confused by the text in the big deal so I was pleasantly surprised to discover the service was both interior and exterior (I thought it was one or the other so I'd already washed the filthy exterior). Mark's guys worked unsupervised for a couple hours and the car really did look close to new when they were finished: it was a huge improvement given the mess my two toddlers produce! As a car enthusiast, I'd say this detail was about a 90% solution. Upon very careful inspection, some minor detail work had been missed and wax had been applied where it's not removable (crinkle textured black wiper arms, roof rails). Had this work been my M3, I'dve been disappointed but for $100 and cleaning the family van, it was a great fit and a great value. I'd recommend again. Only to the most discriminating of car owners with enthusiast preferences for their vehicle would I hesitate to recommend Jewel Auto Care.

The experience from setting up the appointment to when the cars were finished being detailed was excellent. Tanya helped us arrange our appointments simultaneously for a day that worked best for us. The process of setting up appointments was stress free and straightforward; Tanya told us exactly what to expect and gave us an accurate time range for how long the detailing would take (so we could plan accordingly). The day of the appointment went equally as well. The team showed up on time, and they were extremely polite and friendly. They got straight to work with no issues and we were very pleased with the results. Our cars looked brand new when they were done! I had no idea the interior could look that nice; you would never guess that a small child and dog normally ride in the back seat!

The cars looked brand new. I had a friend go for a ride with me and asked me if I had a new car :) They did a great job - very thorough and very professional.

This was a mother's day gift for my mother and she requested that the upholstery on the seats be cleaned thoroughly (the seats have gotten dark over time with use). I sent at least two emails to the company to request that this service be performed. On the day of the service she told the cleaner that she wanted to have the seats shampooed and cleaned and was ready to pay the extra $30 (or whatever it was) for the service. The cleaner kept saying no she didn't need to pay him extra and he cleaned the car without doing the extra upholstery cleaning. This was disappointing. The main reason why I purchased this deal was so that her seats could get thoroughly cleaned and we were ready to purchase the extra service to shampoo the seats. Despite at least two email requests and a third request in person, ultimately, it didn't happen. Maybe there was something lost in translation with the cleaner? Did the company not specify and tell the cleaner that we wanted this service? She still tipped him well even though he didn't perform the service that she requested. Also, there was some issues with the scheduling. The first appointment was scheduled for 9 or 10am and it was cancelled after the fact (like 11am or 12pm) due to possible rain. They should have called earlier, either before the appointment time or at 9/10am to let us know it was cancelled. The second appointment had to be rescheduled a couple of times before they could settle on a date/time.

The provider did a very thorough job on my car. It looked wonderful when it was finished. The guy was a little late arriving, but he did call to tell me he would be late. My only complaint was the odor in my car from the cleaner that was used. It took a few days to air out. The guy that did the work, spent about 8 hours working on the car and he did a great job.

The young man working on my car arrived on time. He was very friendly, courteous, & conscientious about his work. He explained everything he would do & about how long it would take. I am pleased with how my car looks, & I appreciate that this company comes to the customer. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They came out shortly after I purchased the deal. This was my first time using them.

It was good. They were very professional, respectful, and very earnest. The only minus I could say is that they weren't quite as experienced as I thought they might be. They missed one compartment and I didn't catch it until after they had already left. It was a good value for the price. They were very attentive to detail and was trying hard, but they missed a compartment that I had to clean out myself.

One person came out. There was nothing additional to the $99 big deal we purchased. I think his work was fine. He was somewhat late getting here that was our only concern, but he finally arrived. It seemed like they did a nice job.

They did an excellent job. The cars were flawless inside and outside. They personally walked me around each car to insure that I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again.

The provider was a young man extremely polite and thorough. He worked on the car until it was perfect. Great results!

We were very pleased. It was excellent. There were no additional charges. We have two cars and we purchased two coupons. They came out. There were two young men and they were together on each car. They came around 10 and left at about 2. They worked very hard. It was our first time using them. They were very thorough and they were very low-key. They were very friendly. I gave soft drinks to drink because they were here all day. We appreciated that. They did a great job.

Jewel Auto Care did an AMAZING job detailing my husband's vehicle. They took their time, did a thorough job, and exceeded our expectations. We plan on using Jewel Auto Care in the future and have recommended their services to others.

Jewell auto care responded immediately after my purchase of the Big Deal offer for a $99 auto detailing. A time was scheduled very soon but as the work was to be done in my driveway weather conditions required a rescheduling. Jewell auto care called me when the weather conditions became known and the work was promptly rescheduled. This appointment turned out to be on a Sunday but that was the most suitable time for each of us. I again received a call on the day of the appointment to confirm that it was still convenient for me. It was. The worker called me about a half hour before arriving and did arrive on time. He was very polite, had all the necessary equipment and supplies and worked about four hours. We agreed to a treatment of the leather seats for an additional $30. Both my wife and I were very pleased at the result. In spite of its 12 year age, the care appeared new. Jewell auto care called me a couple days later to verify that the work had been done to my satisfaction. I will certainly call this firm again when the next auto detailing becomes necessary. Having the work done at my residence rather than having me sit for several hours in a distant waiting room was especially convenient. My experience was definitely worthy of an A rating for Jewell Auto Care.

It went absolutely excellent. I told them that if they did it next year, I would once again do it. I was really pleased. I scheduled it down the line because I had a specific need that it be on Saturday and so to accommodate my requirement it was like three weeks later something like that. They had something of an emergency where their employee had a medical emergency that they notified me before 8 o'clock and they came at an hour that suited me to readjust. They were right on top of it. There was $20 dollar charge for the distance because it is a mobile service it depends on how far you are from where they are. This is the first time I am using them. They had all the right equipment. They were sensitive to not being a bother in the neighborhood. They cleaned up behind themselves. They were pleasant. To me it is a very clever service because it is all mobile so it is not a case of you have to go somewhere, they came to my home address as long as you are willing to schedule within their own scheduling like you are not even involved in it. I would use them again in the future.

Jessie & William came out with all of their equipment. They deep cleaned our 2004 Honda Odyssey minivan and it had never been cleaned like that before in the 9 years we've owned it. Aside from a few small details our car looked amazing when they were done. Jessie & William were both very professional and detail oriented! When they were finishing up they realized they had forgotten the car wax back at the shop. Instead of sending someone out the next day the owner himself, Mark, came to our home and finished the job for them including the minor details that were overlooked! All in all we spent $160 including tips with the Angie's List deal we purchased for $99. We are very pleased with the outcome and would hire them again in a heartbeat! We give them an A+ rating. Worked diligently for several hours cleaning everything til it looked as good as new everywhere we hadnt caused a scratch. Also showed me a couple of tricks to help maintain the good looks. Friends noticed how great the cars looked. Were also able to manage services to my weekend schedule and when there a miscommunication about when the second car was to be done, they doubled up to make sure it was completed by the time my wife needed the car. Nice people, easy to work with for scheduling and for the work itself. It was worth my time to pay the slight premium to have the work done at my residence. Three different people worked on our two cars and their level of service and finish was high and indistinguishable. Highly recommended. d.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. They did the work as advertised, very well performed. I only learned later there was going to be a travel fee from where they were coming, but that was rescinded because of something else. However, the person that come was going to charge me a travel fee of about $20 to $30 in addition to the Big Deal price. But, he didn't, so that's good, but there is that issue involved when their services are used. If I don't use them again it would be because I don't want to pay the travel fee. But, the guys did a great job and I think they really worked hard. They are very thorough, beyond what I expected. They did every nook and cranny of the car; I did not expect that. They really were excellent. Now that I think about it, I might use them again, even if they charge a travel fee. It is great that they come to my home. I don't have to go to them or go to a special detailing place to leave the car off. That is very convenient.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Technician arrived on time. Very friendly too. I purchased a few "add ons" from the original published deal and was very satisfied when job was complete. Will go back to them again in the future and highly recommend you use them too!

At first they responded to me very fast through Angie's List. They then became unresponsive for a while. It took a long time to finally schedule an appointment. When I talked to someone they explained there would be extra fees for traveling and cleaning seats. After the initial call I got a call from someone different that didn't even know I have already been in contact and set up an appointment. I got another call after that with them wanting to reschedule the appointment. I decided at this point to get a refund for the big deal.

They did a great job on the vehicles with all three of them looking much better than they did before the work was completed. Liked them so much we had them back for a full detail on a different vehicle.
