The job they did was acceptable. I'm not going to say it was great and that's mostly because the appointment was for 10 o' clock and they called me at 9:30/9:40 and said, "We can't make it. Can we change it to 3?" So I said, "Okay" They didn't show up till 4:30. I could have gone to work, instead I stayed here at home. So I lost a day waiting for them. By the time they actually did get here the supervisor did come out and helped the younger fellow in taking care of the car but it was full dark by the time that they finished. Of course there were some spots in it, but they put in the effort. What I didn't like is that they really totally blew the scheduling. It was three and a half weeks and they were not able to meet their scheduling commitments. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. Their price was reasonable. Punctuality was horrific! When I actually dealt with them they were very professional.

Overall the wash and wax, and inside cleaning was good. He didn't have towels to wash the windows so asked for newspaper t do the job. The wheels weren't clean because he didn't have the cleaner, and the floor mats weren't cleaned because he didn't have what he needed. The technician got lost on the first scheduled date but they rescheduled soon,

The guy arrived close to on time and was very pleasant. He had me go around to see if there were any scratches on the cars. I told him what was important to me about the car cleaning, inside windows. I was surprised that only one person came. It took him a long time to do both cars. He went back and forth and forgot to do a few things. It was late afternoon when he finished and it was hard to see the finished product, although it looked quite nice. The insides were clean, he had gotten some stains out of the carpet, but did not do the compartment between the seats in one car and the little windows in the back. Missed a few places on the inside of the other car. After he left and the cars were in the garage, it was easier to see spots that he missed, especially the inside of the windows. When I lifted the trunk door, there were leaves and dirt in the tray around the trunk and under the spoiler. It was convenient to have him come to the house, but I don't believe I would use them again, basically because I think it is easier to do a good job someplace where they do it inside. I have never had a car detailed before and when he got here there were extra charges if you wanted other things done, like leather seat treatments etc. which I did not purchase.

They were very professional; unfortunately, I am outside of their service area and did not want to pay the additional fee.

Great! The car looks brand new. I was shocked at how well it cleaned up. Nothing was overlooked. Next time, I will have them steam clean the leather seats. I opted out this time. They offered to do the drivers seat as an example. It looked amazing. Next time, I will have all of the seats done. The carpets are a light gray (not great for hiding dirt). They look terrific. They arrived on team and handled themselves very professionally. I have had cars detailed over the years with varying levels of success. This was, by far, the best experience! This was money very well spent.

Mark did an AMAZING job on restoring our car to its original condition! Evidence of years of neglect and disregard were all artfully removed and in its place a "new" car was returned to us. The leather seats were cleaned and buffed, leaving them velvety soft once again. Every crevice was cleaned and every stain on the carpets removed. All trim and moulding inside and out were returned to their original lustre. The body of the car was buffed to such a smooth finish, it's as if the car just rolled out of the showroom. He even restored the headlights! Some detailers just vacuum and wipe, throwing in an air freshener to give that "just cleaned" appearance. Mark on the other hand, pays close attention to detail leaving no stone unturned and even invites you to fully inspect the car to bring any oversights (if any) to his attention before he will consider the job done. And not just done, but well done. He places his customer's satisfaction above all else and will go out of his way to assure you are pleased with the results. It is absolute pleasure (and rarity) to find someone who not only takes pride in his work, enjoys his work, but takes pride and enjoyment in seeing the look of satisfaction on his customer's face. He is now our official Car Doctor!! I cannot recommend him enough.

Vladimir . the techinician was absolutely the BEST auto detailer I have ever seen. Jewel is lucky to have an employee like him.

Four hours of work but took way too long for the end result on a 3-series BMW. I had to put the top down to have the rim cleaned where the top touches the back seat.

Scheduling was easy through emails. There was some confusion because I did not get a confirmation email, but the vehicles were done on my requested date. They showed up on schedule and spent 4 hours cleaning an SUV and Pickup. There was extra charges for each vehicle and a distance charge so my initial quote of $200 jumped to $275. That's my fault for not reading the fine print, but $275 was still a good deal and I did not mind paying the extra money. You just need to understand that there may be extra charges. I was disappointed that they were not able to shampoo the seats in the pickup because they are cloth. They said they did not know they needed to bring a steam cleaner. My husband ended up cleaning the seats with our own steam cleaner after they left. Other than the seats, I was very pleased with the job that was done. The pickup was especially dirty and now looks great! I was also delighted to find that they had found my watch that I thought was long gone. They could have easily kept the watch and I would have never known the difference. They were honest and left the watch in the cup holder. Thank you!

Went well. Professional, thorough, car looked beautiful afterwards. On the phone he said they would use caruba wax, but when he was working on my car, sounded like used a dry and wax product, so not completely sure if he did what he said he would do in terms of waxing. Otherwise, car looked great.

Vlad was the technician and I thought he was very professional. He worked hard and got the job done in about 3 hours. My husband came home and was very impressed with the job. Nice young man. I thought it was a good job at a very reasonable price.

It was very easy to set up the appointment for the detail job. He spent several hours going over every nook and cranny, getting everything super clean and making it really shine. My car is getting on in years now, but it looked almost new afterwards. I would definitely use them again!

From scheduling to execution everything went very smooth. Even with the trip charge the cost was cheaper than other detailing companies. Vladimir - the detailing specialist that worked on my car - spent over 2 1/2 hours cleaning my car and he was very courteous and communicative during the entire process. I neglected my car for several years and the car came out spotless.

Vladimir did a fantastic job on my SUV both inside and out. He took his time and paid special attention to all the small details on the interior using specific cleaners and protection for my leather, dash, console and side panels. On the outside he spent the same time cleaning and waxing the body, wheels, tires, glass and headlight lenses. Would definitely recommend and use Jewel Auto Care again!

Workers showed up promptly (we had two cars detailed, for about $89/car) and took the time and care necessary to do great jobs on both cars. Will call on them again next year and I recommend them highly.

Showed up late, didn't have the right equipment with them, showed them what concerned me, but didn't correct it. Glass was streaked; Nice guys but I won't be calling back!!

They came to my home which was wonderful and very convenient because I did not have to take my car someplace and wait for it, or provide transportaton home and back again. Due to the huge response the service provider did not have any dates available until November. I spoke to Mark who was professional, pleasant and completely understanding that I had time constraints. I would do business with them in the future because of the courteous way I was treated.

Everyone I worked with was very professional and did a wonderful job. In addition, they are very, very responsive which meant a lot to me. Will definitely use them again.

Even though I did not have the work done, my communications from the company after I purchased the deal were prompt and professional. I will definitely consider them in the future when I need this service again.

It went great. When I called to make an appointment it went efficiently. While they were a bit late getting here, they were definitely worth the wait. We had both cars detailed today and they did an excellent job. The cars look beautiful, the employees who did the work were very pleasant and professional. It was so great to not have to take the cars elsewhere for detailing - they were done right in our driveway! I will definitely use this company anytime I have my car detailed!!!

I was very pleased. good value. my car ( a 4 door) cost $98. my wife's car ( a suv) cost $118. after the work was done I checked both cars and told the detailers they had done a good job. but the next day when the sun was shining thru the windows I noticed that both cars had slight smear marks on the windows, which were not noticeable right after the work had been done. I still think that overall it was an excellent job.

I purchased this car detailing deal because my friend did a couple of months prior and she raved about how great her car looked after they were done. Her exact words were, "it looked brand new and there wasn't a spec of dust or cheerio anywhere." Maybe I just got the short end of the stick but she had two people working on her car whereas I had one. Although the employee was very polite, he informed me that the owner had told him cleaning leather seats was not included in the deal when I questioned why they were not at all clean. I did look back at the offer and saw this was the case in the fine print but I suppose I missed that fact or I would have never paid $130 or $150 if you include the tip I gave to the poor kid they sent who couldn't really make me happy through no fault of his own because he was just following his boss' instruction. I used to detail cars as a college student and I know this is hard work but in my opinion, this company needs to do a complete job or they shouldn't call this "detailing" at all when such a major detail isn't even included.
