Probably to do the full detail they give additional charge. Like I think to do the carpet or something like that was additional. I thought they were very nice. But they did a good job.

It was good. They were responsive is setting up an appointment, although their services were in high demand. They worked hard and got a lot of the sap that had dried on the car off, although not all of it, because it was too old. Pleasant and professional.

The provider was very courteous, prompt and hard-working. Both vehicles looked great!

They did a pretty good job for the price. I'm not unhappy with the detailing but they are a little difficult to contact and set up an appointment with. Nothing that would prevent me from going back, but a little too much effort. I did notice some very minor things that were missed in the washing and sweeping. I expected detailing so I did give an A for the rating. They did get a tip because the truck looked pretty good and they cleaned up very well. They were on time. They were friendly. They worked at a reasonable pace, I was in no hurry to go anywhere at the time. They did need to use my hose/water, which was fine. To be fair, I am not sure I could get this done elsewhere much cheaper. My big reason for not giving an A rating is the minor details missed (dirt on windows, paint, bed of truck and parts of carpet).

They worked out great. I will use them again. I have not washed my car since then. It was really so nice email, back and forth communicating, find the schedule that after needs and not my needs, and they showed up on time. It was a $99 deal and 2 guys must have worked for 3 hours, it was like 6 to 9 hours for $99, it was a lot of value. They listen to me, worked out the issues with the car that was concerned about, like I said, I will use them again. They must charge me for other for the next time around. Quality is excellent.

We were contacted by email immediately to schedule our appointment. I, for one, like the provider to do this as it shows not only professionalism but also the intent to fulfill the purchase obligation without me having to play phone or email tag. 5-stars for this! The crew arrived about an hour late to our home...no big deal as it was the weekend and we had plan to be home all day. They were professional and nice...and immediately started to work. I did a couple of inspections as they progressed and found they were doing a great job on 2 full-size SUVs. The owner arrived after several hours as he had been on another job. He inspected their work...and I, must admit, the crew upped their game once he was on-site. For this, I would prefer his presence the next time we use their service. Things went faster...and it seemed the crew needed a bit more focus and direction. Would highly recommend Jewel Auto Care to friends and neighbors and plan on using them again soon to get rid of the salt and road-muck from our winter.

When my car was returned, there were certain things I was looking for. I wanted to make sure they got between the seats, and my cup holder needed to be cleaned. They went above and beyond all that. There was nothing on my floor, front or back seat, and nothing underneath the seats. Every surface in my car was polished. All the windows were cleaned inside and out. It may seem small I know but when you're borderline OCD like me, you notice every little thing. I was very impressed and will most certainly use them again. Thank you Jewel Auto Care!!!!!!!!

In the long run, it turned out alright. I had some issues with one of the men who came out. However, I called the management and they resolved it to my satisfaction.

It took them all day to get started to do an auto detailing. It was sort of dark outside by the time he finished so I couldn't see everything. There was a stain on my back leather seat after they were done, which was not present went they started the job! The guy didn't wipe wax off of the back quarter panel. When I called to notify them about the stain, they didn't want to do anything about it. I told them I am not making this up and informed him that they had to send two different guys out to get it done. I asked to have the repair paid for on back seat. He countered with an offer to split the cost. Eventually, I let it go. They paid $135 to have the stain fixed. It was roughly $175 to have the stain removed, they covered $135, and I footed the rest of the bill. I just don't appreciate the way this was handled, as the interior of my car is immaculate.

I purchased their coupon for $99 for my Porsche 911 and for that price, the work was OK. Since its was supposed to be a full professional detail, I was a little disappointed in the outcome. The result was not as good as if I had washed and cleaned the car myself. The gentleman that showed up was the younger brother of the owner and he was very professional and courteous, however he didn't really have the proper equipment to get into the nooks and crannies, especially cleaning the windows. In fact I had to clean the back window myself. Afterwards, when driving in the sun, I could see much of the residue swirls left behind on the paint and windows. Still, it was a pleasant experience and I ended giving him a nice tip. Overall, while the work was not as good as I had hoped, they were very responsive to my emails and it was easy to schedule.

These guys were great. Thorough! Nice job. Would definitely use again.

This is an absolutely incredible company. First, because the weather was bad on a Saturday, they offered to come out on Sunday (during the Redskins game). They spent 6 hours working on 2 cars. In 30 years of working with service providers, these two men were the most professional, hard working, and dedicated individuals I've ever experienced. They detailed a Lexus RX-350 and a Toyota Tacoma - and turned old, dull vehicles into brand new ones. But the quality of work aside ( lots of people do good work) what impressed me most was the engagement they had with me - and the desire to satisfy the customer's wishes. I, nor my wife, can say enough good things about these guys. I would unequivocally recommend them. Sorry I can only give 5 stars. I would give 10 if possible.

We were pleased that we did not have to take the cars to their facility and the their work made the cars look brand new.

Excellent job. Arrived promptly as scheduled. Washed and waxed exterior, washed and treated wheels and tires, washed and cleaned interior. They offered and I accepted two additional services, headlight cover restoration and interior leather treatment. Both were professionally done. Area was left spotless and everything put away. | |I was very pleased with the service.

Wow. What a job. These guys were super My car was not very dirty (according to them) but they brought it to a spotless condition. I would use them again in a second.....

The service was alright. The man who came out charged me another $20. He said that he would be cleaning my carpets but my carpets had been cleaned two weeks previous to that so I could not see any difference. He did a nice polish on the outside of the car. The price was reasonable but my actual local car cleaning service does a good job for $45 so I would not worry about having it done again there. The man in charged contacted me very promptly but he was out of town. I explained to him that I could be flexible in October but he said that he did not have anything available and I said that I was also departing early in November for an overseas trip. I actually had to call again a couple of times to try and get someone here before I departed on my trip because he told me that he could not do it in late November because the weather could be too cold. The initial followup to the purchase was very good and I was informed that an email had been sent to me and a telephone call was made to my home leaving a voice message saying that they were coming on such a date but there was neither an email nor a voice message ever received. They actually had to go and change their appointment claiming that they had made the telephone call telling me that they could not come. The initial appointment was supposed to be the first of November between 10 and 12 and I actually called on the first of November to say that I have not gotten an email. They ended up coming that day but I was the one who had to initiate it. The young man did a nice job. He was very courteous but there is always a room for improvement no matter what.

Jewel Auto Care did a good job with the detailing, but I was surprised by the $20 charge for travel to my location. Also, I had to provide the water and hose, which was not easy since I live in a condo community. Fortunately I was able to find a hose that was long enough.

Car is only one year old, has been garaged and only driven 10,000 miles. The primary reason I wanted the car detailed was to buff out a small scuff in the paint. The technician did not have a buffer with him but did his best buffing the scuff by hand. I had to pay an extra $20 because the car, an Acura RDX is a "small SUV". I should have received a discount because of the ease of doing the job. The techs were professional and personable, but I would not use this service again. My wife and I could have detailed the car just as well and will in the future.

The provider (Vlad) came on time, worked hard, and did a great job. The weather was nasty, but Vlad figured out a way to make it happen anyway. He was very professional and NICE!

They went the extra mile to get to me before a long vacation away. They did a very nice job. There's still a bit of have, but that's on the inside of the headlight cover due to some interior condensation. Not their job to fix that. Very happy with them.

The completed work was one of the best detailing jobs I have ever received. I have had vehicles detailed before by dealers as well as speciality shops, but their performance and attention to detail simply outshines them all. I especially commend them for demonstrating the initiative and professionalism in completing the job, even though I wasn't able to be there. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

It went very well. I was so impressed by the service. My car is so clean ...I feel like I am stepping into a new car. The guys were very courteous and kind. They were very detailed. I would recommend them to my friends. Thanks for a great service!
