I purchased a Big Deal with this provider. He contacted me to tell me that I was out of his service area, and there would be a destination fee. He also said there was an additional charge for cleaning leather seats. In the fine print of the deal, it said that leather seats were included, and there was no mention of a destination fee. When I asked about the leather seats and told him that the deal stated that they were included, he did offer to honor that, however, I did not end up using him.

I needed to trade in my honda CRV, called them up, they have no availability, but they are willing to squeeze me in Friday for me, I left my car door open, when I returned My muddy 2007 Honda CRV was sparkling clean and i just paid them over the phone. Very pleased with the result! I got my car sold.

Mark and Rob came to my house at exactly 9am, per the time that we discussed! It took them about 5 hours to complete the detailing for the inside and wash and wax the outside. I received the full service. I can't begin to say how happy I am with Mark's professionalism and their quality of work. He was kind enough to fit me in at the last minute and I'm so appreciative. My car was full of dog hair (yellow lab) and after this service you would never tell there has ever been a dog in the car. I've never had this done before, and I'm not sure what the quality would be to have someone else come out and do the detailing. But I am really happy with what I paid for and what I got, so I will be contacting them again in the future. My car looks and smells brand news! I plan on making this an annual event to have this done. Highly recommend!

After a small delay in getting started, everything went fine. Technician did a very nice job and I was pleased with the results.

When I spoke to them they seemed like a great company. I will using them in the future if I require their service.

Great experience. Very courteous and professional. Scheduled initial appointment via email. They said they would email me back three days prior to confirm which they did. They were right on time and did not charge any extra travel fees to my place in Fairfax. Mark spent about 4 hours detailing my friend's car. It was a Mother's day gift. He took a lot of care and attention to detail was great. The care looked fantastic inside and out. He was very personable to deal with. Make sure you have water and electric hookup where you plan to have your car detailed. I will definitely use their services again.

After my initial phone call to the number on Angie's List, i received a return call within a couple of hours. We were able to schedule a convenient time for me to be home and have the car detailed. The two owners of the company arrived as scheduled and after asking if I had any special requests for areas to be cleaned, the set up their equipment and went to work. The detailing was complete in about 2 hours and my car looked as good as the day I took delivery from the dealer. I was asked to inspect their work and point out any areas I though needed attention. I found none. My experience was very positive and i will definitely use Jewel again. When I compare the cost of taking my car to a detail shop and leaving it for several hours vs having someone do the work at my house, I think I came out ahead. Pat Evans

The owner contacted me via email within hours of my on-line inquiry. He called the following day and we discussed exactly what I wanted done. I am a bit picky about the use of quality products and the skill level of the detailers. After talking, I was convinced that Mark was very proficient and knowledgeable about many available processes and products. Although his schedule was quite busy, Mark made sure our RV was looking its best for an upcoming rally by coming out on a Sunday! This level of service just blew us away! From start to finish, it only took Mark and Rob 2.5 hours. Having done this ourselves, we truly appreciated their efficiency and quality of work. They did exactly what I asked and more, fixing some factory paint problems (no extra charge) and cleaning the inside windshield to perfection when I had only asked for exterior treatment. Of course, they asked permission before performing these tasks. A day after completion, I received a follow-up email thanking me for the business and making sure I was happy with how everything turned out. I am more than pleased and am getting ready to schedule our two cars for complete detailing! In summary, Mark is a hard working, honest gentleman who wants to make sure the customer is absolutely pleased with the final result. I plan to use him twice a year for the RV and for our passenger vehicles. He has won us over with a positive attitude and outstanding skill level. Highly recommended!!

The provider came to my house to detail my car. I wasn't home for the service but they were still able to complete the service with no issues. My car looks great and they were able to detail very soon after I bought the Angie's Deal. The provider was very responsive and available. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

Absolutely outstanding service. The tech was on time, extremely professional and did an incredible job. He came to my home and spent 4 hours detailing my five-year-old car, which now looks brand new. My only comment is that the company charges a "distance fee" and that information was not available on the Angie's List deal page, so I bought the deal before I knew all the terms of the deal. I feel like Angie's List is more to blame for that problem. Jewel Auto Care was so responsive to me in every step of the process that the distance fee became a non-issue.

Excellent service and attention to detail.

She was very pleased with the service and said they did an amazing job including cleaning the interior, and the detailer was pleasant and professional. The detailed vehicle is the primary car used for the day-to-day transportation of a 6 year old and friends, so there was plenty of interior cleaning to be performed. The only thing that would make me hesitant to use this service again is that our daughter-in-law lives a mile and half beyond the free travel service area and I was charged an extra $20 (surcharge for travel) which I feel was excessive for the small additional mileage.

Very good service and worker spent several hours on car. Very satisfied, good communication, on time and courteous, recommend.
