We had to reschedule our original appointment and they worked with us to schedule another time that worked best for us. The day of the service, they arrived on time, and did a great job. Definitely recommend this company.

Did the deal for $99. Was uncharged an additional $30 for an SUV. I didn't have a problem with that. But, apparently, the detail did not include upholstery, the very thing I needed cleaned (I have a toddler). There are better detailers out there for the same price.

The service went really well. They came on time. They stayed longer than I expected they would. It was a very hot day. They worked out in the sun and had everything they needed to complete the job. Our suv hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and we have three kids who all eat and drink in the vehicle. They did an excellent job despite the difficulty of the job.

I thought the detail team did a great job; they were polite, professional and punctual. My husband wasn't crazy about the dash being conditioned, but I liked it. Still, I think that cleaning the film off the odometer panel and back-up screen would have made the detail job over the top awesome--the little things make the experience even better in the end. I would definitely use this service again.

Brandon and Donovan came out on time (a little early, actually) after calling to confirm that I would be at the house. In a little under 2 hours, they performed a full detail on my sedan, including shampooing carpets, reconditioning leather, and washing and waxing the car. The car looks much better now, and I'm glad to have the wax and leather conditioner to help protect it.

They were an hour late to my house and weren't in uniforms. I live in a townhouse and have 2 parking spots, so i parked my car in the middle, which should've given them enough space (I've had similar providers do just fine with that much), but they insisted on using my neighbor's two spaces as well, even though I specifically told them not to, so my neighbor yelled at me, understandably. They didn't bring extension cords, so my husband had to dig some out of our house. The didn't get some water stains out of my upholstry, and they used the wrong product on my dashboard, which left it cloudy white(its tan) so i had to go back over it with armorall. The whole thing took 2-3 hours. The guys were polite.

The crew showed up at the time promised. They were very courteous and professional and worked nonstop until both vehicles were completed. They did an OUTSTANDING job! Both vehicles now are in showroom condition, inside and out. This is the second time I have used Jewel Auto Care and will definitely do so again.

They did a great job and the end result was very nice! I would definitely use them again. They were very nice, polite, and were actually early. The price was very reasonable, too.

Mark and team were here when they said they would be here. They completed when they said they would. The cars both looked like they were just from the factory after they were detailed. Both cars have received many compliments since. The wax & polishing both were first class. This is the 4th time I've used Jewel Auto Care, both for gifts and my personal cars. They are professional and a top flight team. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants their car interior or exterior detailed.

I bought this for a gift and it turned out really well! I'd definitely do it again. There were no issues with scheduling. They did a great job and the end result looks really nice.

Jewel Auto Care team arrived on time and stayed until the minivan looked like new. I just ordered another detail service for my 2002 Nissan Maxima expected the same great results!

There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Two people came out for the job. They completed the work on both vehicles at the same time. It was a fine experience. My neighbors even hired them for work while they saw them working on our vehicles.

I appreciated the professionalism of the person who came to my home. There was only one problem. He asked me specifically if I'd mind black marks on my driveway from where they would clean the floormats. I said I would mind, so he agreed they would do that part in the street. Well, something was lost in translation because the person performing the work cleaned the mats on the driveway and I had black stains there for months. That was irritating, but my car was clean. Would I hire this company for a future job? Yes, but would insist on them fixing the problem next time either with a discount or by cleaning the stains off of my driveway. I think it was simple misscommunication, so I don't take it out on Jewel.

Everything turned out well, and it was a good experience. The two men arrived on time, did good work, and were professional as well as courteous. In their haste to complete the work due to an approaching storm, however, they forgot to clean the interior of the windshield. They did come back right away, however, to clean it when I called them.

Every interaction I had with Jewel Auto Care was positive. Scheduling the service was a breeze. The company was super responsive to email and offered convenient evening service during the summer. The techs were prompt, courteous, thorough, and did an absolutely amazing job. The car looked fantastic. I would definitely use Jewel Auto Care again in the future and highly recommend them.

Mark and Kim showed up a little late, but they did call ... so not a huge deal. They were hung up at another job. Once they got here they went right to work! They did an amazing job bringing my wife's 2008 Toyota Highlander back to the point where it looks showroom new! They were so detailed in their work it was amazing. The exterior shines like it is wet. They were able to remove many minor scratches, as well as scuffs and tar and god knows what else that was on the paint. And the interior was also left immaculate. All the dash components were spotless and all the dirt was cleaned from the little nooks and crannies! The leather was also conditioned and cleaned and looked great, as did the carpets. I was very impressed with their professionalism and positive attitude toward their work. What they do is not easy, so it's nice to see guys who take pride in their work. I would definitely hire them again!

I purchased two of the Special deals $99.00 each - I purchased in Aug 2013 - but timing was never good, esp with the terrible winter and we had scheduling issues with both me and Jewel Auto. When the Mother's Day special was announced I did contact to see if we could use these (just one) - but they did expire - I thought they should have been more amenable as the weather was horrible during the months this was set to expire - they did offer 1 complimentary carpet shampoo. So I decided not to get the detail and spend another $99.00 plus $20.00 for my small SVU (Tucson) and $20.00 to come to Arlington. Very sorry this did not work out -

I called Jewel Auto Care on a Saturday and spoke with the owner, Mark. He had just had a cancellation because of rain and offered to come over right away to work on my car (we have a garage). Mark could not have been more professional or responsive. He truly enjoys cleaning up cars and also obviously enjoys meeting and pleasing people. He also takes great pride in his work. A great experience all the way around. Mark and Jewel Auto Care are now are "go to" detailer for all the cars in the family.

Once again, I trusted Mark with one of our cars. This time, I gave him my Jaguar VP Supercharged, destined to become a classic. He understood how important it was for me to maintain this beauty and immediately set upon cleaning, polishing and undoing years of neglect. I know how much he loves cars and appreciates it when a customer cares just as much, but unlike me, he is able to restore a car to it's original condition. When he invited me to give it a once over, I marveled not just at how clean it was, but the way he was able to clean things I was never able to, like to louvers on the A/C. WHO can clean them? Mark can and they look like they were factory installed!! I looked at the console and was prepared to see a valiant attempt at getting the dirt and crumbs that had become embedded in the ashtray that's never been used. I had to do a double take - he actually got it so clean, it look brand new. His assistant, Rob, was able to remove stains from the carpet and every bit of brake dust from the rims. The products that he used made the car smell like it just rolled off the line. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed with them, I bought a few so I can maintain that new car look (and smell!). I told him I did want to use the car because it looked brand new and I didn't want to ruin his work!! These guys are a winning team!

I wanted to have my daughter's car detailed as a surprise gift. When I made the appointment, I explained that the work needed to be done within an allotted period of time while my daughter was at work. Two guys showed up to work on the car. They were punctual and ready to work just as soon as I moved the car on the driveway and showed them where the hose link was located. While they were washing the car, they realized that they could not wax the car because it was out in direct sunlight and my garage was being used as a staging location for my upcoming move. We brainstormed for a bit about what to do to solve this problem and determined that while one guy continued to work on the car, the other guy went to purchase a large standing tent under which they could wax the car. Once they got the tent up, waxing was completed and my daughter's car was done before she returned from work. I was very impressed with the fact that these guys (who represented Jewel Auto Care), went "over and above" to make me happy. I think that these days you don't see that kind of respect for the customer very often. For that reason, I will use them again as well as recommend them to friends and family as THE "Go To" for all auto or vehicle detailing needs.

The service was great. They showed up on time. There were no issues. I would use them again in the future.
