Description of Work: Michael and his coworker did an excellent job replacing grout in our guest bathroom. The bathroom was renovated about 8-9 years ago by the home's previous owner and water had penetrated the grout/tile. Anderson construction did a great job of removing the old grout, drying out the moisture, and replacing the grout with a good match. Very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Partial regrout of shower to remove mildew / mold and reseal with caulk. Workerwas on time and professional. Did a great job and very happy with the results.

Description of Work: Fix grout in bathroom shower and re-caulk two tub/showers. George did the work and was very professional and did great work. Needed an extra hour over the Angie's list coupon and materials but not bad considering I needed three areas fixed.

Description of Work: George did a great job recaulking around tile in my shower. He arrived promptly and cleaned up the area when he was done. Mike the owner also gave me good advice about other tile work I should have done in my shower.

Description of Work: I used Anderson Construction for a $99 for three hours of grouting service; my bathrooms were in pretty bad need of help, it took a bit longer, and they charged a very fair price for the additional service. There was one bathroom we were not satisfied with afterwards; Mike responded by coming back and redoing the impacted area free of charge, no questions asked, which is as good as it gets. Great guy, very knowledgeable and honest.

Description of Work: Anderson Construction did a great job framing out an Attic Addition and reinforcing a subfloor. They provided some excellent advice on the overall project. They were thorough and professional and provided good value. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal for a bathroom remodel consultation. The owner came to my house and evaluated what I had in mind. Unfortunately my ideas were either impossible to implement or required much more disruption/expense than I was prepared for. So I dropped it there.

Description of Work: Experience was fine, Mr. Anderson and I spoke and emailed several times. He was unable to make an appointment and it never worked out that I was home when he happened to be in the area. I've decided to wait on re-tiling the bathroom anyway.

Description of Work: I was given contractor's name as someone who has experience in in-ground pool demolition. As soon as he saw the pool he said that he doesn't do pool demolitions, in fact, he said that coupon was only for indoor work. Once I told him that I had already bought the coupon of 1 week for his work, he said he could do it, but talking with him about it, he didn't have a clue as to what Fairfax County's required specifications are for the removal. This job required a permit by the county; a permit which he wasn't willing to get. He also said that it would cost more than what I paid for the coupon, however, he was unwilling to give me even a ballpark estimate of how much more it would cost me, or how long he thought the job would take. He told me several times to think of something else that he could do for the week's worth of work. I have nothing else that requires that much work.

Description of Work: Mike and his team had to use a 40 foot ladder to do an excellent job repairing some exterior projects on my end unit town house to include replacing and repainting dry rotted windowsill ledges and end caps which were leaking water into the kitchen everytime it rained. Also he repaired, replaced, and repainted a hole in the exterior wood trim where birds and squirrels had taken refuge.
