I have used GreenStar for many years. I got to know them when we a large nest of bees near the house. They were the only company to come quickly and had the best price for treatment. Though we live in a suburban neighborhood, the nature of our property means a lot of wild life, deer, foxes, etc. We had young children and a lot of pets. I really trust GreenStar and what they stand for, care of the environment. We have never had a bad experience!!!! All of their service representatives that we have seen are excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. Harry has been our representative for several years now and I consider him to be the best of the best ! He is a person with great attention to detail, careful and very knowledgeable. I frequently have questions and concerns, especially since I have started the mosquito treatment and am an avid gardener. Harry always has the answer and the best advice for my situation from deer ticks to bees to flower blooms; he knows his business. Plus, he is a very pleasant person and always looks professional. I really cannot say enough good things about this company. The office staff, Amanda and Caroline are above and beyond helpful, giving me advice and working with schedule changes. My daughter and her family recently began a contract with GreenStar. They also requested Harry and he helped them resolve a bee problem and advised them on the best course of action as they have three babies and live in a wooded area near a creek. I was quite nervous about the mosquito treatment and if it would damage my flowers; every concern has been addressed by Harry or the staff, and I notice a BIG difference. We have always had a LOT of mosquitos ,now virtually none, I didn't think that it would work that well, but it does. Lastly, though I have not priced all the pest control companies, I do know that GreenStar is very reasonable. I would strongly recommend this company to everyone. Chris Lovelady

They did a good job. The treatment they applied really helped with some pest issues. They were also very professional and courteous.

GreenStar contacted immediately after purchasing the deal to set up a convenient time for the treatment. The professional that came to our house was thorough with his work and knew exactly what we needed since we didn't know the insects that invaded our basement in the Spring were camel crickets. So far we haven't seen a camel cricket appear, so it seems the treatment was successful. The best news was that GreenStar has a 30 day warranty which was good since it was a bit rainy on the day we had scheduled the treatment. We will definitely contact GreenStar again for any pest issues we have as they are responsive, professional, and affordable.

Scheduling was very easy and very accommodating of my work schedule. Guy came out and determined that there was in fact no termite damage. He took the time to explain why this was the case and showed me some pictures showing what wood damaged by termites would look like. Gave me information about what a routine preventative termite treatment outside would entail and cost, but did not pressure me to agree to this service. Definitely will use this company again in the future if we decide to go ahead with the preventative termite treatment or have any other pest related issue come up.

They are very reasonably priced and always honest. They are extremely responsive and always on time for our appointments. I cannot say anything bad about them.

I had my town home on the market but I had a contract on it. Supposedly, the buyer's termite inspection found termites in my garage but that pest control company wanted to spray the whole house and charge an amount of money. They would not budge on just doing the area and immediately around that area so Green Star came in and said they will do that. Even though they did not find evidence of termites in the area, to satisfy the buyer for buying the home, they said we'll do this even though we don't see any termites.

I have an on-going contract with Greenstar. I think they are responsive to issues and they are punctual. However, I think they are on on the high-end of contracts. They show up for about 5 minutes, spray a little bit and then charge me $129. Some of the technicians are more professional than others. The one that showed up in June was the best one yet. Others are sloppy and make little effort to do anything more than a cursory job. But if you raise an issue with them, they will definitely do their best to take care of it, which is whey I continue to use them.

On time and took care of things in one go

I had a service contract with them for about 2 years from 2012 to 2014. They initially came out to set up rat bait stations and sprayed the inside of my home for bugs. When they sprayed we noticed a reduction in house centipedes (Scutigera coleoptrata). Yes, I read that they are helpful in killing spiders, but they are scary looking. We recently cancelled just to save some money, but would consider using them again in the future.

We started with them last September. I have not had any trouble. So, that is good. The preventative is working and we actually just had the tick and mosquitoes service added on. We signed up a contract with them. We have two new houses and we have not had any bug or mice issues with what they had done. We are trying out the tick and mosquitoes control in the yard because we live in an area that is like the land disease capital of the country. We will see how that works, but I am very happy with them. They have excellent customer service. I do not think I would say excellent to lose them as service providers, so far so good with that one. I think their price is fair.

Greenstar is fantastic. For a rather reasonable price of $125 a quarter, they have provided us regular pest control and termite protection. When we first started out with them, we had a number of problems with bugs. Thanks to their unlimited free re-treatments, all our pest problems are a thing of the past.

I started using GreenStar nearly 2 years ago, because I wanted pest control that was relatively environmentally friendly. I signed up with an introductory offer, planning to use the service for a year. They came as promised--usually when I was at work, but I trust that the work was done. The number of critters does seem to be less than it used to be. The people I dealt with were polite and respectful. The one negative part of the experience was trying to discontinue the service. The contract may have said that service could only be discontinued in writing--I don't have it to refer to--nevertheless, it was annoying when after a year, I realized they were still coming. I called to ask them to stop and was told that they would, but they continued to come. I had to call a second time, at which point I asked that the most recent charge be removed from my account. But they are still coming. They have my credit card number for automatic billing, so I am charged every time. I have sent an email and hope that will take care of it! So no problems with the service itself--just not happy with how it (hasn't) ended.

We have had nothing but fantastic support and work from GreenStar. My husband called to discuss the problem and ask for someone to come out and take a look for help. The lady answering the phone was extremely helpful explaining how the company would come out, what to do in the mean time, the process the company would do, any and everything this lady laid out. She was extremely helpful and pleasent to deal with. Greenstar was able to come out to the house that same week and was very flexible with the timing to work around our work schedules. Technician arrived right on time, was quick, effective, very nice and explained the whole process. We then signed up for the quarterly package and was told any sign of insects they company would come back out to spray again. We have now had the company come back out twice in which they have found atleast 10 colonies of ants surrounding our house. The last visit nearly all of the colonies were gone...amazing. All of the chemecials are pet and kid friendly, we have two dogs and two kids. The technicians are very thurough and explain the entire process. Alex is fantastic and you can tell really loves his job. We have recommended this company to our HOA department and many others in our community and will continue to recommend them in the future. Great company!

The first 3 services went well. However, the spring service was rescheduled due to weather. The vendor claims to have came and performed the service unsupervised on a later date. The results are showing now. The ants are more plentiful now than they were at this time last year. We have a call into them and see if they can rectify the situation and awaiting corrective action.

These guys are awesome. They care about my bird feeder and make sure not to cause them harm. When they spray the deck, they actually clean all of the webs that might be there. At this time of the year, no webs. And anymore, I rarely ge them.

The initial maintenance was completed by someone new to the organization. I was expecting it to be a lot better than what I felt I saw. The technician was very nice, but I felt he was very tired, and should’ve probably not done the job that day. He was very uncomfortable in helping me with a few things I needed, and he didn’t have all the equipment that he needed. They are coming back out in the next week to redo the first initial session. If you are not happy with the initial maintenance, they still want you to have the first installment for the annual treatment. I feel they are sticking more with their policy, and I felt like they needed to space it out before coming back again to my house. They have been very helpful, and they informed me the technician was new. The regular service per month is $99 per each quarter. They do not take care of wildlife such as rabbits, chipmunks, garden snakes, etc.

The people in GreenStar Pest Control LLC were very prompt. They e-mail or call before they come out and check everything is good to go. Those guys are pretty good.

I was very pleased with the service, which is a 12 month contract. There is an initial fee and visit and then return visits every 3 months (4 times/year) to make sure the pests are kept under control. If there is still a pest problem in-between regular paid visits, then the company was very good at sending someone out here for free to spray and set more traps and baits. The technicians were very respectful and professional. The treatment they use is bio friendly and not harmful to pets, so I did not need to remove the dogs from the premises. We had a terrible roach problem ...they came with us from a rental house while waiting for our new home to be built, so it was quite upsetting to discover the problem. Green Star worked with me to rid the house of the pests and I am pleased with the results.

Service is preformed regularly and reliably. It has been effective, and I have no complaint.

We have entered into a service contract with Greenstar pest control. They initially came to our door after we first moved in, and we decided to give them a try. Their technicians are top notch and some of the most pleasant people we've met. They are very courteous and responsive to our needs. Outside of our normal maintenance, they are always willing to come back for free followups if any bugs happen to get in the house. I highly recommend them.

Overall we are extremely pleased with GreenStar.

The initial treatment was very thorough (they sprayed inside, outside, doors, windows, under sinks, etc). I have had Brice and Bryan so far and both of them were very professional, thorough, and informative. They will explain the products they use and address any pest problem or concern. The workers are not rushed and will complete the job thoroughly. Both workers took time to explain what the quarterly service includes and told me I could call between services for additional treatments at no charge. GreenStar also seems very willing to schedule inside services if requested for the quarterly service and will provide a shorter 2 hour window for the service. Even though GreenStar is more expensive than some of their competitors, so far I would say they are worth it.

They come out on a regular basis and they spray. We also have a termite moderation system. We are pleased with the service.
