Hew's Carpet Care

Hugh did a great job cleaning and stretching our carpets and was extremely thorough. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and he will not leave until he is satisfied that the job is done as best as it can be. We had a stain that wouldn't come out (after he worked tirelessly on it), and he went above and beyond by cutting out the stained area and replacing it with a carpet remnant we had saved - and you can't even tell where it was done. Highly recommend.

Hugh did a great job on our carpet, especially the stairs, which received heavy traffic and embarrassed me every time I had company. For the estimate, Hugh contacted me quickly, we set up a time for the estimate, and he was there right on time, even calling me when he was 20 minutes away. The price he quoted was very acceptable, so we scheduled the cleaning for a few weeks later. Again Hugh was right on time and called when he was 20 minutes out. The job he did on the stairs was absolutely amazing and he was very friendly and professional, and even left us all booties to walk on the carpets until they dried (they were dry in just over 1 day). I would highly recommend him and we will use Hew's Carpet Care again.

Hugh and his wife Peggy did a wonderful job on our home carpet. They cleaned 3 floors of carpet, stretched carpet to look like new; removed stubborn stains that were there for several years and pieced in a remnant in an area that had damage. I am so pleased with the outcome and will have them at the top of my list for future carpet and rug cleaning/repairs.

Hugh was very responsive and friendly. he was also very patient and professional. I have mostly wood flooring and he was prepared with a tarp and shoe covers to protect the flooring while re-stretching my basement carpet and even took extra initiative to repair a couple of damaged spots. His estimated costs were right on point. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

had 2 sofas, a love seat an recliner cleaned. didn't realize they had a slightly dusty odor until they were done and now look and smell like new. very professional and a thorough job. also had dryer vent cleaned . very pleased with all work performed. will be booking a carpet service this spring
