I had a 2 part job, carpet repair was excellent, however i am very unhappy with the carpet cleaning. He does not use soap, which can be good or bad, here it was bad. He uses a portable machine not a truck mount so not near as powerful, carpets were wet for 24hours

Communication was excellent. They gave a 4 hour window and let me know when they were on the way and 30 minutes out. I needed the carpet stretched in the master bedroom and it looks so much better! I will use then again.

I have an area rug that the dog and cat had urinated on. My attempts to clean it failed, so I called Hew. He came out 2 days after I called, cleaned the rug himself, and also fixed a section of carpet in a bedroom that had been clawed up by another cat, which wasn't part of the original appointment I'd made. Hew was polite, professional and friendly, and he completed the work in a timely manner. And the cost was very reasonable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend him to others!

Great communications throughout the process. Called me with updates as he traveled to my house. Showed up on time. Evalutated the job, received a fair estimate and the work was completed on the spot. Hugh's work is excellent. He repaired a portion of carpet that was clawed through by my dog. He patched it using a portion of carpet from a closet for a great match and replaced the closet carpet with a very similar piece from his truck. I'll use his services again!
