Hew was fantastic! I was scammed by another company who wanted to overcharge and didn't even bring the stretching equipment. Hew came and gave me a fair quote and did the work immediately. I wish I would have called him first. He was great to work with and will recommend him to everyone!!

I had my downstairs rug cleaned, I noticed afterwards there was a substantial amount of debris still on the rug and along the edges of the rug. I had to take my own vacuum to remove all the debris.

We thought he was going to steam clean our area rugs, but he didnt. The solution he used cleaned the carpets fine, but we had to keep fans blowing on the rugs for 2 days because they were soaking wet. We didn't notice it until the next day because one of the carpets started to smell bad and we realized it was because it was so wet. The smell went away after we dried them with fans, but it took 2 days, so that was a bit inconvenient.

I needed the job done ASAP. The pro answered quickly, was in constant communication, and came quickly. He took measurements and determined that the den and office/bedroom carpet cleaning would cost $250. The carpets had dark grey dirt patches. I thought that $250 was a little high for 2 rooms but he all but guaranteed that he could get those carpets clean. After almost 2hrs they were cleaner than before but still had noticeable discoloration. He came up with some excuse about the type of fibers and then sprayed additional brightener. I've rented a Rug Doctor, for way cheaper, and gotten similar results in other areas of the house. I only hired him because I thought he could do a better job. I was wrong. I appreciate his efforts but it was not worth the money. I didnt haggle with him on the price because he spent a long time on it and he accommodated my schedule. Next time, I will do it myself, as I've done before.

Great work at a reasonable price

Hew was really great. He came in and dramatically improved the problem areas. His hard work and ingenuity helped to really fix one problem where we had minimal replacement carpet. Hew is definitely a great connection if you need repair for your carpets...

My sofas look as bright and fresh as the day they were delivered! And there’s no more wrinkle across the carpet! I’m no longer embarrassed to have guests in my family room.
