Hew's Carpet Care is just the best you can get for a quick, easy to accomplish repair/install. We had some water damage from flooding last weekend and thanks to Hew, everything is back to normal. He gave us an estimate that was about half of what a non-HomeAdvisor company had recently quoted. The work was performed ahead of schedule and Hew is professional and friendly to work with. Hugh was very nice and pleasant to deal with, however I don't feel like I got the most for my money with regards to the cleaning of our carpet. I informed him that there were a few patches of rug with heavy staining and would pay extra to get them out, needless to say the stains were still there, and the cleaning didn't leave the carpet smelling any nicer. I ended up having to call another carpet cleaning service and they were able to remove the stains and the other company charged me less and did a better job overall. Hugh did do a good job cleaning out the air ducts, but I was unsatisfied with the rug cleaning.

Hews carpet exceeded my expectations. Service was excellent. I had a pet stain in my carpet that Stanley Steemer said wouldn’t come out. I was very doubtful and thought it was better to cut the stain out, however Mr. Hews said he could remove the stain. He worked on the stain for three days and got the stain completely out. I thank you Mr. Hews for putting the customer first and working so patiently to give great service. I would recommend this service to all.

Hue's did a good job, quite satisfied.

On time; wore shoe protectors to come into the house; did the work in a timely manner; he was not bothered by the kids peppering him with questions; cleaned up after himself when he was done. All in all a very positive experience . Richard
