Hugh provided a pleasant contrast to other companies I dealt with in an effort to get replacement padding and the carpet in our basement reinstalled. He came out and looked the job over before writing up his bid which was of great help since we had an usual padding that needed to be matched. Most of the others didn't want to take that step or couldn't figure out how to get the right pad. Hugh had no problem doing that. He did a good job. He was on time, had the right materials needed to do the job, handled everything expeditiously and did it all at the preagreed price.

Outstanding and very professional job at a good price. My carpet was stretched (stairs too!) and stairs cleaned. I had to reschedule a couple times and they were so flexible and patient with me. I'll definitely call them again when it's time to clean all my carpets!

Very friendly, reliable, and quick to respond. They came out a day after requesting an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and were able to do the work same day. Quality work done with a smile! I'd call them again without hesitation!

I will never use a commercial service to clean my carpet again. I called Hew on Thursday and he was able to fit me in the next day Friday. He was on time and my carpet has never been this clean or my house smell this good. I have an aging pet who loves to use one room as he outdoors :-). That stain and smell is completely gone...
