Hugh was very professional, punctual, and efficient. Too early to tell duration of the carpet stretching repairs, but everything seems to be well-done. During these COVID times, someone working with carpet -- the very thing on which your children crawl -- it would have been nice to see disposable gloves worn during the repair process. Overall, though, great job! Carpets look like new -- for being only a three year old home!

He is very knowledgeable about carpeting and he gave me great advise on how to care for my carpeting. We needed carpet cleaning and stretching in several rooms plus stair cleaning. He did a great job and didn't rush. His dedication this profession and his outstanding service is outstanding! I would highly recommend his 5 ð service.

Excellent customer service and superb job in stretching and cleaning my carpet. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, Hew's made it look brand new. I highly recommend this husband and wife team.

Overall, great job. I was surprised at the time of payment when I was told I could also add the tip right into the payment. I was caught off guard and added a tip, but now I am thinking that it was the owner of the company who did the actual work. Why in the world would he ask for a tip to be added to the payment that he was getting already. I have never tipped someone who did work in my house. Furniture movers, yes. But not someone who was getting paid to do the work he did. Would love that $50 back.

I hired Hewâ s Carpet Care for two reasons; my carpets needed re-stretched and they were in some serious need of a deep clean. So an estimate was given very quickly and they returned for some serious work. Their customer service was great and very easy to work with. They showed up in a timely manner and worked relentlessly all day to fix up my home. My carpets look like new (For having three boys). They did such an amazing job I asked that they return each year for spring cleaning. I wouldnâ t use anyone else.

This is the second time I have used Hew because he did such a wonderful job many months ago when he did a repair for me. He is the only one that I would ever use for carpet repair.

I called Hew s at 2:30, and they were at my home stretching carpet by 4:30. This was huge as the first company I called failed to show. With a deadline looming to list my home for sale, Hew s saved the day and at a price that far beat the competition. Hew was very nice, professional, hardworking, and VERY good at his trade.
