This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! Hew came at 9am and by 11:30 am we were doing a walk-through of the job. (6 rooms) The high traffic areas were still dirty in all of the rooms. (He admitted to this) Hew said he would come back the next day to finish cleaning the carpet. When he asked about payment I told him I would pay the next day after he was done with the job. He started yelling and slamming his hand on my table saying he wanted all of his money then. I proposed that I would pay half that day and half the next. He just kept yelling and hitting my wall stating that he wanted all of his money. I left my home because he was becoming volatile and I did not feel safe in there alone with him. He refused to come outside and speak with me, so I ended up calling the police. The officer had to escort Hew out of my home. I paid the full price for an incomplete job because I wanted him gone. My carpet is still dirty and I have to get someone else to come in and clean my carpet. Hew is the worst, and he exaggerated the amount of time he had been at my house. He claimed 5 hours, he forgot I was there. Of course, I did not want him to come back the next day. I would not recommend him to anyone for anything. He does inferior work and claims it is the **best he can do** Now, I have paid him full price for a dirty carpet.

Carpet stretching and repair plus cleaning. All were done in an excellent manner. Very professional and courteous.

Carpet stretching, excellent. 2 area rugs re-fringed and new backing...seems a little pricey, but quality of workmanship great.

We bought expensive carpet from a local store, which was improperly installed. It developed a raised ridge from one end of the room to the other. Hew did a fantastic job using a power stretcher, to restore the rug. He was amazingly responsive, and came to our house to see the rug and provide an estimate, which was reasonable and fair. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Hew's Carpet was professional, on time and honored their price after 30 days. I love my carpet even more now after Hew's Carpet restretched my carpet. They even cleaned up after the service. I will most certainily used their service again.

Hugh, the owner of the company, came and completed the job day after he called saying he was interested. He was cheerful, was on time, did an excellent job, and his price was very reasonable, or at least way below what someone else was asking to do the job.
