I was skeptical that they would get the stains out of the couch. I made the mistake of buying a Lazy boy couch with their stain protection coverage, which was a lie. They were able to get all the stains out. It looks brand new.

The work was performed on a Sunday. Which was most convenient for me. His services are available 7 days a week. Top notch service. He arrived on time. Called 30 minutes in advance of his arrival. He quickly review the job and provided a fair estimate. I am very happy with the carpet stretching, cleaning and sofa cleaning. I would highly recommend Hews Carpet Care.

Beyond other professionals!

He arrived in the time period he designated, did the work well to restretch my carpet, and charged a fair fee. He's also restitching a carpet for me and repairing the backing and that project isn't done yet, but the the first job was excellent.

I had to have my carpet stretched because in some areas of my house it looked like a speed bump. I called Hew's and they came out and gave me free estimate and repaired my carpet 1 week later. They did fantastic job. Highly recommended and they also offer a lifetime warranty. If you see that your carpet needs cleaning or stretched please give them a call.
