This was my 2nd experience with his company. He was professional on the phone and we set up an appointment. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and cleaned my sunroom carpeting and 3 bedrooms. He worked extra h****** the spot with the puppy accident. The carpeting looked wonderful as if it was brand new. He called a few days later to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was very pleased and will use him again.

We called HEW's carpet cleaning based on the company's excellent ratings on Angie's List! We reached Mr. Hugh Lobban , President of the company who focused on our needs for a quick service, fewer than 7 days before Thanksgiving! Mr. Lobban, who was fully booked, offered to do the cleaning on Sunday if that was acceptable with us. He came with an assistant, had all appropriate carpet cleaning equipment and cleaning products and proceeded to move some of the furniture we were not able to, removed a few stains we had, cleaned the carpets thoroughly and left 8 fans positioned strategically with until Monday afternoon. We are more than satisfied - this has been our best experience with carpet cleaning services in over 20 years. We have already recommended Hew's Carpet Care to our friends and will continue to do so. And when we need our area rugs cleaned we will trust them to Mr. Lobban's care!

They were efficient, punctual, honest and had a fair priced.

I called Hue after purchasing a Angies List deal. He was able to accommodate desired date and time. At a moments notice I inquired about my area rugs requiring cleaning and he was able to add them without having me schedule a new date and time. I'm almost ready for my holiday guests arrival thanks to Hue. I'm a repeat customer and even purchased a Angies List deal as a gift for friend. Thanks Angies List for another great recommendation.

The cleaner was there on time. From beginning to end, he took great care to make sure he did a good job and I was happy with the results. Top notch

I was preparing to sell my home and the carpets needed to be cleaned (the home was being rented). Hew's came out and clean the carpets. I had multiple rooms cleaned and they all looked brand new after the service was perform. After they dried they still looked great but a stain stared to reappear; I called Hew's he came back out and got rid of the stain. I am very pleased and will use this service again.

The cleaner arrived on time . He cleaned the carpets in the walking areas. He did not bring carpet protectors so I provided grocery bags to places under the legs of the furniture. He also cleaned the ducts but was unable to remove the covers from the main return because our crown molding prevented removing the covers. He was very respectful of the property and was very pleasant and professional to work with.

Got all the pet stains out carpet looks very good.

I never used this service, and don't understand why Angie's list keeps telling me that I did.

The person was very professional but he used too much water in cleaning my carpet. There is no way that some water would not be left under the carpet and into the mat. This then becomes a source for fungus growth, which is an unhealthy situation. The carpet ended up much cleaner.

The technician arrived on time as scheduled, very professionally cleaned my carpets and they look great.Great coupon and very pleased with their performance.

The serviceman arrived on time and was very professional. The dryer vent and duct were very clogged. He was very thorough and made sure to minimize the amount of dust blown out. He cleaned up afterwards and it looked like he was never there. The vent was clear and the dryer works much better now. The price was very reasonable for the service call.

I called Hew's on Wednesday and he came out on Saturday. Usually I write off an entire day when someone gives me a two hour window, but he actually came at the front end of it and called a half an hour before arriving, so I would be prepared. He was very careful with my couch and was knowledgeable confident in his skills. He did a great job and was also really nice to be around. This man is my carpet cleaner! Ps. I had asked him about scotch guarding my carpet, but he said that it wasn't worth it in my case to have a professional do it and that it would be easier and much cheaper to do it myself. He gave me tips on how to deal with minor stains on my own, as well.

Hugh arrived on time and started work immediately. The carpets had needed stretching very badly in spots due to a faulty installation. Hugh moved furniture as needed and was very professional in his attention to detail. The carpets turned out very nice - No more wrinkles! I highly recommend!

We had Hugh stretch and clean the family room carpet. We were ready to replace the carpet and he advised against it and it would clean-up "like new". We were not disappointed! Very good cleaning and repair. We also had Hugh stretch 4 other carpets and they turned out very good. I highly recommend!

Cleaned 3-level, 3-bedroom townhouse after tenants moved out. Carpet was extremely dirty with many large spots and stains. Hugh did a magnificent job and carpet looked like new when he was done. I couldn't believe my eyes.

Overall the services went well. They cleaned a oriental rug. David was very good. I would recommend their services.

We bought a big deal from Angie's list and had our entire town house's carpets cleaned for $99. This included three sets of stairs and 3 bedrooms. The cleaning was of great quality and we are going to receive our complete security deposit back from our landlords. No complaints.

He was responsive professional and took responsibility for the look of the carpet he cleaned. For one of the two cleanings, he returned after being paid because he anticipated that a spot would return as the carpet dried. It did return and he recleaned it. I expect to use this firm for all my carpet cleaning as long as his rates stay low. My experience could not have been better.

They cleaned all of the stains and the carpet looked great.

Hew, followed up himself. He was on time. The floors looked amazing after he was done. He worked with me because i had a 2 month old and i was not able to leave the house. So i stayed in one room until he was finished then i went to another location when he came to that room. He took his time and did not try to sale me a lot of additional products. He answered all of my questions. I would use him agian.
