That was a good experience as well. They were prompt. Maybe it was because the carpet was so dirty. They were able to get out a lot of stains that I did not think would be able to get cleaned up or taken care of. I would use them again.

Provided initial quote via email and came to our house and doubled the price even though the carpet is 1 year old and still great.

Excellent and hard working service. Very accomodating and helpful in moving furniture. Also very good at solving problems sith tough stains. Provided floor fans to accelerate drying of major areas and returned in the evening too pick up fans.

Hugh did an awesome job! He was prompt, did what he said he would do and went the extra effort to clean spots he missed earlier in the day. Overall the service was amazing!

I contacted Hew's after purchasing a coupon through Angie's List ($99 for $200 worth of work), since we were responsible for cleaning the carpet of the townhome we had rented after moving out. We had four floors of carpeting to clean (basement, two floors of living area, plus loft), and many stairs, so the coupon didn't cover all of the work, but it certainly helped. On the day of the work, Hugh and his colleague showed up a little after our appointed time, but got to work quickly and with a cheerful attitude, and were finished within an hour or so. We didn't have the chance to vacuum after moving out, and apparently vacuuming was not included, as there was still some moving debris (twist-ties, etc.) left on the carpet in the basement after the cleaning, which I had to pick up by hand. All in all, though, we were happy with the job, as was our landlord when she came by to collect the keys a couple of hours later, and I would be glad to use their services again.

I had previously sent my 4x6 oriental rug to Hews Carpet Care to be repaired and cleaned and was very happy with the result. Therefore, when it came time for my large living room rug to be cleaned, I called Hew's. Hugh came in a timely manner and picked it up. He pointed out a brown spot on the back of the rug, which was a cat urine stain. After I returned from my vacation, I called to let them know. Hugh returned the rug and told me they worked on the stain but couldn't remove it. Fortunately it doesn't show on the top of the rug. As with my 4x6 rug, I am very happy with the thoroughness of their work. I will use them again for my dining room rug when the time comes.

Great! Would recommend to friends. Two people, including the owner came to do the cleaning - both were very friendly. When I pointed out some difficult spots, the owner went to his truck and brought back some special claening solution, and got down on his knwws and worked it into the carpet over the spots. There were 7-10 spots over a area of 8 feet, caused by moving an d old washer across the off-white carpet. After a lot of scrubbing followed by the traditional cleaning machine, the whole area looked great. They cleaned all the bedrooms, steps, and hallway. exactly as quoted over the phone.

It went very well. The carpets came out very clean. He was a really nice guy, which I really appreciated. He left behind two large fans to dry the carpet, which I really appreciated. They came out the following week after I made the purchase. It was pretty fast. I paid $20 extra for the steps. I would use them again.

Hew's was very easy to deal with. I called them, scheduled the appointment and then they showed up on time as promised, did a great job and that was it. I would certainly recommend them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It looks like they did a great job. I had to pay an additional $48. The only thing that I was not aware of is that when they come out to clean the carpet, he had to measure the square footage first and since we live in a town home, one whole floor is all carpets and it's so tiny, one bedroom is like a box. The dryers are still here on the carpet, he's going to come back later today to pick them up. This is my first time to use them. They were right on time, they called about 20 minutes before to say that he's on his way. I give them a B on price just because I thought I had such a small area to cover. My other 2 floors are completely wood and they are large areas.

I was completely satisfied witht he job performed by Mr. Hugh. He offered advice regarding placing a dehumidifier in the basement.

Hew's Carpet Care worked out great. They did a great job. They came on time and did a good job.

Hew's owner did a really good job using the carpet cleaning solution that is home made according to him and the major ingredient of the solution is lemon juice. It only took him about 2 hours to finish the job. The only thing is the drying process of basement carpet. It took 3 days. I figure the reason was air circulation in the basement.

I called him to clean carpets for a move out and he even suggested that I buy this Big Deal to save some money. He scheduled us for a Sunday appointment because of our time constraints. It turned out that our landlord is actually handling the work, so I will get a refund on this Deal, but will use this company in our new house as we were so impressed with him!

He was not really friendly, I told him what area I wanted cleaned. He measured the area and then informed me that they wouldn't clean the steps because it was not part of the big deal. The steps are a large portion of the area I wanted cleaned. It was very frustrating that I did not know upfront that they would not clean the steps.

On Time and left fans which dried the carpet quickly. Very professional.

Went very well, so pleased with the work. At the end of the service, New left fans to dry the carpeting and came back the next day at a convenient time for me and picked up the fans.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Hew's Carpet Care. He was prompt and on time. He worked quickly but did a good job.

He did outstanding work. He has a very engaging personality and is a hard worker and very thorough.

I contacted Hew's several days after my son spilled red kool-aid on a rug; Hew's picked up the rug and contacted me in about 2 weeks to advise me on the status of the rug. The Kool-aid stains were somewhat removed, but as I understand, it's much more expensive to remove red dye so I decided against further treatment. The rug looks good and they were pleasant to deal with. They are busy and I think that's a good sign.

They did a good job cleaning the carpet. We had to pay extra to get the entire area cleaned which was unexpected and maybe a little annoying. Otherwise, it's a decent job.
