I hired the contractor to replace an improperly installed drainage system and seal the poured concrete foundation from the outside at my primary home. I was totally favourably impressed with the complete job and hired Jim to install a similar drainage system and seal the foundation from the outside at my sons home where water was coming thru the total cinder block foundation / basement wall and external entry stairway. He said he would come back to address any issues if I experience any problems in the future. I trust Jim Alls completely and recommend his company to anyone wanting a permanent solution to their water entry problems.

Job required cutting and removing concrete deck and excavating fill dirt down to a sewer line needing repair -- then restoring deck surface and replacing pavers. Provisions were made for emergency egress from basement under the newly poured concrete deck. I have used Jim Alls for two fairly complex concrete/foundation jobs. Jim and AALCON are wiling to take on complex, multi-step jobs that other companies refused to bid on. Jim is very capable and knowledgable and works well within evolving requirements. He is also personable and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend AALCON.

The owner Jim was very easy to work with. We got a great bid price and the work and final product were comparable to the bid price. Would have been happier with higher quality cover for the well. I had to order one myself, but still kept the price much lower than next highest bid. We had to do a lot of cleanup of dust in the basement that probably would not have been so bad if proper equipment was used. Overall we were pleased with the result for the price.
