The technician was prompt and very professional. He was friendly and thorough.

I hired them for a yearly contract. Big mistake. First off, their initial really cheap fee was offset by higher costs than any of my companies that I have worked with in the past. My mistake for not reading the fine print. Their service? Terrible. Three different times they made me wait varying lengths to come solve a problem that happened after their service. Forget about taking care of customers in emergencies. They give you the line that nobody is going to be out in your area for several days. Find a company that puts customers first. This is not the company that will do so.

Have been using this company for a year now. They are customer service oriented, and when I need a call-back for a re-treatment, they are quick to respond.

We have used Landlock for the past 2.5 years and we don't plan to stop, ever. :) I love that they use eco-friendly pest and termite control solutions. They have amazing customer service and the treatments are catered to our needs. Noah is great at what he does, as well as very kind and personable. There has been a rare time or two where we have had an influx of spiders or bees-- we make a phone call to LandLock, and just like that they make a trip out to our house without any hesitation or extra charges. Our family is very happy with Landlock Pest Control.

Well. My technician was professional and detailed. He addressed my concerns and came up with a preventive plan.

They are a local company. They do the work quarterly. It is a yearly contract, but there are four payments of $95 each. They come out like March, June, September and December. One is termite control, it’s annual, it’s $135. So, it’s $95 times 4 = $380 plus $135 for the termite control. They always stop and talk to us, ask if we have any unique problems, if there were any specific types of pests that we were concerned about. If so, they would treat for that. It’s generally outside spraying for spiders and ants and things of that nature all around the foundation. When we moved in they initially did some spraying in the basement just to make sure we didn’t have any critters.

It’s an annual treatment and it is typically done in March. What I like best about it is there are no termites.

Great technicians and service. No complaints and best of all no more black widows.

Landlocked was very responsive. I'd left messages with a few different exterminator's and Landlocked seemed like they'd be the best. I wasn't disappointed. Shout out to Noah!

They were very helpful and put poison out and we've been rodent free!

5-Star Rating … I have been using Landlock Pest for over 2-years. I have had an annual contract with quarterly Pest Control. Whenever I have had a concern, Landlock offered me free services in-between the quarterly Pest Control. I was so happy with them that I recommended them to my daughter & son-in-law and they are now annual contract customers, too. Noah normally completes my service. He is very personable. Professional & knowledgeable – I have 100% faith & confidence in his abilities. Landlock is simply the BEST – great, personal customer service. I very much recommend them to everyone & anyone!

Absolutely LOVE this company <3 they have been amazing treating our house and yard! We left a HUGE bug company that we have used for 4 yrs. because they were not controlling our ant and flea issue's! We highly recommend these guys!

We have used Landlock Pest Control for over a year now and we highly recommend them! We have used several (large) companies and have been very disappointed with their work until we began to use Landlock Pest who was recommend to us from several neighbors! We have had to have them come out several times in a row to treat ants that seemed to be untreatable but Landlock Pest continued to come out until they were GONE. So many companies SAY they will get rid of the pest but ONLY Landlock lived up to their WORD! Do yourself a favor and ONLY use Landlock Pest and STAY away from the LARGE overpriced companies that DO NOT stand behind their WORK!

They did well - killed most everything

Went well for outdoor treatment but had to call for indoor treatment twice because technician did not show up for appt.

Awesome! Our first month in the house we had a variety of spiders, crickets and other crawling bugs. After the first treatment, they virtually disappeared. After our periodic treatment in the fall, all we found were dead bugs in the garage. We have not seen any spiders, crickets or any other living insects in our home or garage since hiring Landlock!

A client since 2010 my wife tells me that they are courteous, professional, set their visit a day in advance, have never been late, and politely answer any question she might have. My wife loves them and she?s hard to please. But the #1 reason I use them, I don?t have any spiders, ants or bugs in my house.

The treatment was great! I haven't seen any spiders (inside or out) since the treatment, and no problems on the inside of my home either.

Appointment was scheduled for between 8:00-9:00 AM. Isaac showed up right at 8:00. Was very professional and polite. Did his work in a timely manner. Came to the front knocked and told me everything was great and have a nice day. I have used LandLock Pest Controlfor many years and they have been reliable honest and very professional. I recommend anyone looking for a peer control company to call them. They are an excellent company.
