Alan was very friendly and helpful. Even before he came to the house, he gave me some suggestions to see if I could fix it myself. I have his card and will use him again. Highly recommend.

Alan at Star Home Theater did a very professional job but to took a reasonable approach. I ended up with a great looking network panel for both ethernet and TV coax, but without him trying to upsell me on fancy racks. They also installed a roof mount antenna, and was very helpful in coordinate work with the contractor I had actually pulling the wires.

It's nice to see professionalism in today's work place. They arrived on-time, especially in this area that's not easy. Asked where we wanted our equipment and provided their recommendations and explained why, in fact, there weren't any questions we could ask that wasn't already explained. I'm thinking of another project that I will definitely contact them for later on. Their quality of work is great and they made sure the work area was cleaned during and before they departed.

These guys were a great team. You can tell that they really enjoyed working with each other. They were very friendly and professional.

Alan fitted me in at short notice to meet my deadline and they did a terrific job and were very knowledgeable on their subject. I am delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend.

These guys are experts, but are extremely fair in their pricing. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was completely satisfied. Alan, the owner, is one of the best guys out there!

Update 4/14/16: Less than two weeks after the initial install, I called them back for the projector and 120" screen mount install. Once again, they did excellent work and lined it up perfectly. If I had to do it all over again, I would have just bought everything in advance and only had them out once to save some money - but still a great deal for the quality of work. It should be noted that they do not offer any projection color calibration services - just basic alignment and mounting, but I was made aware of that in advance and the projector was close enough out of the box (Panasonic 8000). 5.1.2 Atmos (In-Wall/Ceiling) Speaker System: I originally made the appointment request after hours and was surprised that they were able to make the next day afternoon appointment. I didn't need any assistance with the receiver configuration (which one particular blue box store required for their install quote) and I had purchased the other necessary parts (speaker wire, wall jack, etc.) Alan showed up, surveyed the room, asked some questions and provided a very reasonable quote (complete install, drywall repair, and clean up). He and his crew showed up on time and did an amazing job. They had to cut a few squares in the drywall, but by the time they left - there was no indication that any patchwork was done at all. If it weren't for the speakers on the wall - there would be no indication that he was even there. His crew was very professional, friendly, and meticulous about their work. I was so impressed with their work, that I plan on hiring them again for the projector and screen install.

They were professional and because they knew there was going to be a snow storm on the day of my appointment they called to try and get me in a day earlier. This was a pleasant surprise. They were very knowledgeable about the problem and had equipment to replace and it was done quickly.
