Alan was a pleasure to deal with on our project. He was responsive to calls, emails and was always professional, courteous and friendly. He and his team do great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys were fast, very reasonably priced and did a great job. I would definitely use them again for similar work and recommend them highly. For reference the work they did for me was a comparatively small job; I wanted them to trace COAX cabling, split at an appropriate place and run additional COAX through my attic to two bedrooms that were not wired. Additionally they fixed an existing COAX outlet that was not working. The wrinkle was that I use MOCA networjing (Ethernet over COAX, with Verizon FIOS as my internet provider) and VOIP so I can connect to Vonage from any phone outlet in the house and I wanted to make sure they split correctly so those would not be compromised. The Star tech (Ramos) fully understood the issues with MOCA and VOIP and the additional MOCA repeater I installed of one of the new outlets tested out perfectly.

They clearly understood what was to be done, showed up on time and completed the job perfectly.

Alan and his team did a fantastic job on my home theater wire concealment project. They performed quality work in an expedient manner for a great price. I ran into an issue where the cover up paint I gave them was a shade lighter than expected. They agreed to paint the entire wall to cover up my blunder. I was very happy with their work and I would highly recommend them to others!

I had them assemble and hang a projector screen, as well as ceiling mount a projector with existing outlets in the ceiling. The crew showed up on time and surveyed the area prior to work. Everything as assembled neatly and correctly the first time, and I appreciate that they stayed as long as necessary to adjust the projector and screen alignment/settings until I was satisfied. Job well done.

He arrived as promised, analyzed our problem and corrected it in short order and was very courteous. He even put on shoe covering when he came into our house from the outside. Highly recommended.

We needed to run cables to the whole top floor of our townhouse including cat5 and coax in 4 rooms. Alan and his team provided solid service. They were very capable, efficient, and friendly.
