I am very pleased with this contractor, Alan is very pro and polite. His work is neat concealing cables. I haggled the price for which he agreed but I ended up giving him the original quote cos I am satisfied with his work. Will definitely recommend him.

I call Alan on Thursday for estimate my 50" TV Wall Mount job, he came to my house on the same day for estimate. One Saturday morning they arrived on time, very professional and no mess. I would highly recommend Star Home Theater.

I contacted Alan about installing seven CAT 6 cables in our home office. Alan was very responsive and came out to do a site survey the next day. Allen arrived promptly for the site survey and we did a walk-through confirming the number of lines needed and where the lines where going to be dropped. He gave us a quote immediately after completing the walk through and we felt very confident about contracting him based of his professionalism in the home and timely manner and quick response to any questions we had during the walk-through. Alan was very detailed oriented. When we informed him that we would be running a small business out of our home, Alan provided sound advice in architecting a solution that would support our business and its future growth. Installation day was a breeze. Allen arrived to perform the installation on time. During the installation he and his assistant were very professional and they cleaned up after the install was complete. They installed the seven CAT 6 cables as well as a switch, all installed very professionally. The Verdict : Allan was very responsive and thorough. He went out of his way to ensure we understood the details of the installation and he answered all of our questions. The quote was very reasonable and our commercial grade installation went flawlessly. Highly recommend his services to other small businesses. First class!

They gave me exactly what I asked for. If I had it to do over again, I would spend more time talking about directionality in my sound system but I am otherwise delighted and highly recommend Star Home Theater.

Alan from Star Home Theater responded to my online inquiry with a same day on-site visit and a quote for the exact work I wanted completed. 4-days later he installed a sound bar below my wall mounted flat screen...connected all wiring within the wall so no cables or wiring is exposed. The set-up and installation is perfect. I also had him program my two Universal Remotes for the family room & master bedroom TV's, DVD's, and a hard-wire internet connection to an older TV that is not a Smart-TV. Again, all wiring & cables connected and hidden within walls for a totally clean look. With the help of a co-worker, he even carried an entertainment unit upstairs and set-up my 3rd 58" Plasma-TV within the unit in my 2nd floor bonus room. All the work completed exceeded my expectation and the total price for all the work was very fair..well below what I was quoted by a different vendor. Alan also took the time to educate me on the operation of the equipment and addressed every question & concern I had. I will definitely use Alan and Star Home Theater again and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking home theater or any type of audio/visual TV/surround sound installation work.

I worked directly with the owner and the lead engineer and I was very pleased with their follow up, flexibility and jobsite efficiency. As a pretty hands on person, they impressed me with their wiring, cabling and surround sound expertise.

They located the problem: an improper Verizon installation of a splinter which deteriorated the picture in the upstairs bedroom. The Verizon man who had come earlier said it was the interior cable from a prior dish installation but that was not the situation. I would recommend them highly for their honesty, expertise, and fairness. The best of people.

We had a fantastic experience with the Star Theater professionals. They quickly diagnosed our home theater problem and came up with a creative solution. They also were very responsive and the job was completed in less than a week. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of home theater assistance!

Alan and team installed CAT6 wiring throughout the house. I am so glad I hired them instead of taking this one on myself. They were very professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They worked late to complete the job and even provided extra network drops. They even made it easy for me to run cable in the future, by providing an install tube and pull rope running from basement to attic. I would hire them again without hesitation!

Alan came on time, did the work correctly and did more than I asked. I would recommend him to anyone, he will do an excellent job and do it on time.
