The experience has been okay. Sometimes you wonder about some of the services, but they are okay. They are no the best though. We stopped using them and went to another company, because of the lack of competence in the workmanship. It was more hit or miss.

We've had pretty good luck there. For the maintenance they are good but we haven't been impressed with them for other servicing. We went in for an estimate to get the window working on a door and they never told us it was going to be $100 fee to look to give an estimate. That was a surprise. The only thing we will do there are oil changes. The price for oil changes is $35 but if you work within a certain distance, they will give a discount.

Wiygul Automotive Clinic are great. The one in Reston, yes, they are great. You can totally depend on them. They are entirely trustworthy and they don't take advantage of women in particular when they are doing automotive repairs. To me it is really important. I have always trusted them. It was good. I have a Prius so they can actually work on a hybrid. I would grade them 'A's for everything. I don't go to places where I can't give 'A's for everything. I will use this provider in the future, I now have a special deal with the Toyota people that I just bought my most recent car from. I will use them when I am not directly going to Toyota.

Our experience has been positive with them. They were honest. I've taken my car there on several occasions to look at things and they found that it was a simple fix. Had my wife or I taken it someone else they would have told us we needed XYZ. They seem to be pretty honest and the work has been good. Every repair we've had done there has been right.

We have used them since 1989. We have been going to them for a lot of our auto service, and we have historically been pleased with them. One of the reasons we like them, is because they get to know their customers. I could call them up and say that I just noticed my daughters brake light out and she is on her way to work, and if they can replace her lens while she waits, and they will drop everything to help their customers. I am pleased with their enthusiasm and customer service quality. It seems like when we take our cars there for a routine inspection, they tend to always find something, and I can't really say that it wasn't necessary, so in a way I am pleased that they are really thorough, but sometimes I spend more than what I am expecting to pay. They call ahead, and they don't do anything without permission. It seems like I can't go there even with a relatively new car, without needing something to be changed, and that is a reason for my concern.

They are good. They are attentive and give me good warranty and guarantee. They give me a free car ride and pick me up too if I am within reason. They seem to know what they are doing.

I would happily pay because they did some labor, no question, but they said no, no charge. That’s kind of the way they are. I think their charges are fair if they did something. I like dealing with them. They are busy there, there are times when it takes a little long to get something done. There's too much work.

I think Wiygul Automotive Clinic were a little bit over-priced. I wouldn't go back actually. The quality was alright. They quoted me on all those other stuff saying that it was necessary and when I brought it to another car place, they were like that doesn't need to be done. I was able to stop by and did an oil change without having to make an appointment. I'd refer them for an oil change.

It was a mixed experience. When I had routine service, they did fine and I have had no problems. I had them take the summer tires off and put winter tires on. In the spring they put the summer tires back on and one of them was damaged. They did not accept responsibility for it so, I ended up having to buy a new tire. I have had them do some other work for me. I think that their charges are reasonable.

Price for parts was 273. Labor for about an hour's time was 232. The labor cost seemed extremely high. I will not be going back there again. The context of me going was just to pass inspection. My brakes probably did need replacing, as I was hearing squeaking, but I had not noticed any decrease in brake performance. Should have done my homework. Their shop and staff seemed professional, though, so at least the quality was good, hopefully.
