Maid Bright

It went very well, after a brief confusion on my part about getting into the building. They were on time and did a thorough job cleaning the apartment, down to scrubbing in the corners of the floor boards. My new tenants were very happy to move in. The job did not take more than two hours for an approximately 900 square foot apartment.

We've been using their services for a few years now--never any issues. Always on time and always conscientious of our belongings. Our house is in far better shape after they leave then when they arrive.

They are professional and do a great job.

I researched a number of cleaning services on-line and met with an estimator from Maid Bright in March. He was prompt, thorough, and professional. The estimate was very reasonable, and I scheduled an appointment for an initial cleaning. Because of my travel schedule, I needed to change that appointment, but Maid Bright was very accommodating. They showed up on-time for the initial cleaning on April 21, and I'm very happy with the result. The house looks great, and with them taking care of regular cleanings, I'm thrilled to have my weekends back.

This is the first cleaning service we've ever used, and Maid Bright made the relationship great from day one. A very professional appraisal was done of our home to establish the fee and frequency; Maid Bright always called the day before to tell us the time for the next day's cleaner arrival; the maids themselves were always smiling and cheerful and, most importantly, always did a thorough professional cleaning job. We have moved to a condo and, once we're settled in (and not living out of boxes) we will use Maid Bright again. I highly recommend them!!

We have had Maid Bright do our bi-weekly cleaning now for almost three months and they have exceeded our expectations each time. They adhere to our customized directions and follow their cleaning checklist to ensure our satisfaction. The cleaning crew that comes to the house each time has been consistently the same, and they are the friendliest two ladies. They are always genuinely happy and check in with us to see if there is any area missing. We appreciate all of Maid Bright's hard work and look forward to having our cleanings every two weeks.

They do a good job. They are good. They have good pricing as well. Their quality is good.

I have had a lot of trouble with Maid Bright, which I hired through Angie's list. I am still using them, but it has been a struggle.

This is one of those cleaning services that use environment friendly products, which can be great, but for those of us who like a serious cleaning, ya know the kind where the germs are actually killed, the environment friendly products don't get the job done. (Trust me, I used to clean homes for a living!) I was getting bi-weekly service but my bathroom shower began showing signs of mold about 4-6 days after a cleaning and my toilets always had a strange ring around the bottom immediately after the crew left, the floors never sparkled, and my house just never had that "clean" smell, so I cancelled service and began cleaning my house on my own with effective germ killing house cleaners and any signs of mold and those strange rings in the toilets went away for the entirety of the 2 week period between cleanings. One thing lead to another and I hired them a second time and was quoted at $99 because the crew would not have to clean the basement of my townhome since it was rarely used. However, they continued to charge my credit card the full price of $119 and when I called them about it they only argued with me instead of trying to professionally deal with the problem in a courteous manner, so I dropped them again. My neighbor uses Merry Maids and she pays $90 for the same amount of house, plus she gets her basement done, has two big German Shepherds (we don't have any animals) and she said she loves them and her house always smells and stays clean - no signs of mold or strange rings around the toilets.

They cleaned our house while we were at work, and we came home to an immaculately cleaned house. They vacuumed our carpets and cleaned the hard wood. They folded our hand towels like you would see in a hotel. They even made the tissues look like flowers sticking out of the box. We were unbelievably impressed with how things went, and are extremely excited to continue working with Maid Bright in the future.

First I must start by saying I used them for 4 years and loved them at my old home. They always did a great job but the company doesn't seem to care that much anymore. We lived with family for a year and then started up with them again and they tried to charge me more for my new house (which is smaller than my older one). The owner came out when we first started, this guy who came out this time seemed arrogant, snobby, and like he didn't care at all. Then the cleaners started coming, after 4 months of bad cleanings we had enough. We were given time slots on the call ahead the day before of 12-2 then the cleaners would show up at 2:30 and say we had a different time slot. One month they vacuumed a dead bug into the corner of my sons room and left him there. Lol, wow! They wouldn't clean the shower well at all, they just don't care that much anymore. I understand a company can get soft, especially one in the service business like this. They use to be awesome, but they just don't care as much anymore.

I called for the cleaning of my one-bedroom apartment. Someone came by Wednesday morning 4/9 to look at it and give me an estimate. He said he would e-mail me with the price and a date. Wednesday afternoon - no e-mail. Thursday - no e-mail. Friday morning - no e-mail. So, I called the office again Friday morning and got a call back. The person who was at my apartment said they would not do the work. Not they "could not" do the work, but they "would not" do the work. Hmmm, maybe it was too big a job. So, I said how about just the kitchen and bathroom? He responded "We won't do ANY room." Not "we can't" but "we won't" When I asked why, he would not give me an explanation. It was just a bizarre experience. A week wasted.

My experience with them has been very good. They come every 4 weeks. I've been using them for about 5 or 6 months. They do an outstanding job, they're very pleasant they're always on time and they always to a very good job.

The Maid Bright team showed up on time and did a great job. The scheduling process was responsive and easy and they took care to follow up by email. I'll be using them as my weekly cleaning crew.

We just had our first cleaning with Maid Bright. Evelyn and Christine we very pleasant -- and worked very hard! We had been with our previous service for the last 17 years and stopped using them when they changed their business model so that we never seemed to get the same crew twice. But I'm looking forward to having Evelyn and Christine back every two weeks. And I feel very confident that Maid Bright will be in touch with me both to remind me of upcoming cleanings and if something changes. Overall, our experience was very positive and we hope to have a long and happy relationship with Maid Bright.

New owners were very pleased with the job

I have used Maidbright for a few months now and find them punctual and professional. When I had to reschedule due to the holiday schedule, they were able to accommodate.

I received a call the day before confirming the cleaning as well as providing an approximate arrival time. The two ladies arrived right on time and started cleaning immediately. They were very professional and worked continuously without rest. We were very pleased with the results and will plan on using Maid Bright every month!

Decent cleaning service however service seems a little rushed.

We had 2 maids comet to the house, on time and they did a great job. I told them I want to cap the hours to 3 max, and they got all I asked in that allotted time. I was surprised how efficient they were. They dealt well with my pets and performed to my expectations.

They did a good job cleaning my house.

The cleaning time arrived right at their scheduled time. They were pleasant, professional, and went right to work. They cleaned our entire house in a couple hours. The team was very easy to communicate with and asked for my preferences in cleaning different parts of the house. In general, I'll probably use them again. My only ding is that they advertised that they clean ceiling fans on each visit. When I wiped my finger over the top of the ceiling fan blades, my finger came back coated with dust. But I assume that can be fixed on future visits.

The women came in Maid Bright uniforms, were pleasant and polite and cleaned much more thoroughly than my last provider. I thought it was expensive but it was a first cleaning and I am hoping the next cleaning will take less time.

The two ladies arrived punctually at our home on the morning of March 8. I was nervous because I had some guests coming later in the afternoon. They were pleasant, cordial, but got to work quickley! I went to run some errands and when I got home two hours later, they were finishing up and the house was spic and span. Totally worth the money, and I look forward to using them again. I would recommend them to anyone, and just wish I had found them sooner!

When our long-time cleaner retired, I researched several services and decided on Maid Bright based on good reviews and a prompt, helpful estimate. I like the way they said they work around your stuff, and that they don't move your furniture around. They have cleaned the house three times now. The first time took three or four hours, and then they went to a regular cleaning of about two hours. The office staff, who are very helpful, call the day before with a time window. The cleaners have shown up during the promised time. They do a great job on the bathrooms and kitchen, which are my top priorities. The reason I rated the quality a B rather than an A is that I am not a perfectionist and I don't want to give anyone the idea that these folks polish every light bulb. They do what they say they will do, and so far they have done it well.
