Overall I was pleased with the end results. I must add that I was a little disappointed that the ladies didn't /couldn't clean the wire closet racks as we had asked them. I understood them to say that they couldn't clean the closet racks. However, I found that with a little 'elbow grease' I could clean them, however this took up my time which is why I hired the cleaners. I also had a light fixture in the dining room that was noticeably dirty. I did ask if they cleaned all light fixtures and they said that they had, but when they left I checked the dining room light it was incredibly dirty. The ladies did put plastic contact paper in my cabinets which was going above and beyond. I appreciated their willingness to do it. They were pleasant ladies and mainly did a good job. I would just double check behind them to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction completely and not just take their word for it.

The Maid Bright team was great from start to finish. They responded quickly via phone; they came to see the unit and provide an estimate; they were extremely helpful in setting a time to come and clean on short notice; they called when they said they would; the team came when they said they would; and the women did a thorough job cleaning. I would definitely recommend this company service's.

We had our living room painted since our last visit, which had evidently resulted in quite a bit more dust than we realized. Their crew did a phenomenal job, taking more time than usual to make sure the job was done completely. A usual visit is 60-90 minutes, but the crew stayed almost an additional hour (maybe more...not sure what time they got there) and made sure everything was clean and tidy. The crew was friendly and professional, even though I am sure an extended cleaning disrupts their schedule. We truly appreciate their service.

Maid Bright is an excellent maid service. The cleaning is fine and the customer service is excellent. They provide reminder calls like clock-work and tell me the time frame to expect the crew. In the event of snow days they quickly re-schedule. The maids are pleasant and efficient.

They are very responsive to my needs. I like to have my bathroom done a certain way and they do it. They are very thorough and very pleasant.

We are using Maid Bright right now. It is working very well for me. They have been here 5 or 6 times now. We do it every 2 weeks. We got the Angie's List discount coupon. I would grade them 'A's across the board. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them also.

We selected Maid Bright based on Angie's List reviews and couldn't be happier with our choice. Unlike other cleaning companies that just quoted us a price over the phone, Shadi came out to our house to walk through what we would like cleaned and explained their pricing policy. They quickly fit us in on a Saturday so we could be in the house for the cleaning. The two ladies who arrived were very pleasant and got right to work. 3 and 1/2 hours later we had a home that looked brand new. We've signed up for the biweekly cleaning and are looking forward to it.

Maid Bright does a great job, from the cleaners to the office staff. When I requested a quote, they sent a nice, professional individual to walk through our home to give a quote. He gave me different price options based on frequency of cleaning. There was no pressure to choose one option over the other. All the documentation was electronic, which is preferred! Before each cleaning, the office calls to remind me and provide a 2-hour window. The cleaners have been punctual each time, are pleasant and friendly, but also driven to do a quality job. I have two very curious dogs who try to follow around the cleaners, so I have to keep them with me when they are cleaning the other areas of the house. Then they let me know that I can move to a finished room. Overall, we are happy with their work and would recommend them for regular house cleanings.

Two ladies can clean a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, with full basement single family home in just 2.5 hours from head to two. It would take me all day to do what they do in such a short amount of time. They change the bed sheets, take out the trash, scrub the bathrooms, dust, clear cobwebs, vacuum, get the crumbs out of the couch, mop, dust blinds, and even washed a few dishes I had left in the sink. Very impressed. The same two ladies come out every time and they don't mind my little dog.

For the consultation, the gentleman who came to the house called before he arrived and was very professional. He did a walk-thru of the house and provided me with all the information about the cleaners, the products they use and the company. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot and told me to contact their office once I made my decision. The first cleaning was the following week and I could tell immediately the ladies were professionals. The carpet had "vacuum art" where you could see each and every stroke into the carpet. The counters were spotless and the showers (my true test) looked better than I had hoped. Yesterday was my second cleaning. I was a little nervous that it wouldn't be as good as the first cleaning *because the first cleanings are always done so well* and they surpassed my expectations! The black stove looked brand new, the showers sparkled, the floors were so incredibly clean (which is hard to do in the winter with a dog!). The ladies were outside when my husband left for work and he offered to go in with them so our large dog would not be quite as nervous. They politely declined and told my husband they "played with her for a few minutes and she was fine after that." Having our dog in our house with strangers made me nervous (not for them-- more for the dog since she is a worry-wart), but hearing that she played with our dog for a few minutes to get acquainted shows us that they are caring and compassionate. I am so thrilled with Maid Bright and would highly recommend them to anyone :)

I am THRILLED with the job the cleaners did! Paula and Juana got our house cleaner than I could have even imagined after just one cleaning. They were so thorough and careful. We have had several other companies out and none of them have done even half as good of a job. I am a very, very happy customer! Specifically, the floors are 3 times cleaner than previous companies left them. The cleaners dusted under our open staircase (where others often left clumps of dust), light fixtures, and actually picked up all of our many trinkets and dusted the items and the table under them. Previous companies just dusted around the items. Everything is sparking. Estimate was quick, timely, professional, accurate. Cleaners showed up on time and were friendly. All communication with the office has been quick and courteous. I don't have anything bad to say!

Although we got off to a rocky start, the company has been consistent. They clean up and pay attention to specific requests. They are also amicable to solving problems when they occur. They also take care of common areas of my apartment building at no extra cost beyond the standard rate.

I was given a date for someone to come out to do an estimate for housecleaning for my home. I had an important engagement that I had to postpone because that was the only time they could give me for the estimate. I had a ten am appointment and waited all day and no one ever came nor called. To this day, I still never received a call back about this. Very unprofessional.

I have been using Maid Bright since 2014. They usually come at 8:30 am once per month and often the same 2 ladies come so they are familiar with my house. They are extremely hardworking and thorough. I have 3 kids and try to pick up before Maidbright arrives. The ladies are extremely attentive to detail and if I have any special requests (i.e. to sweep out the stairs to my garage), they will do so. They bring all of their own environmentally friendly products, as well as their own cleaning equipment. My house is extremely clean when they leave. I never knew how happy it made me to have such a clean house. I highly recommend Maid Bright.

We have been using them now for over six months. We have found that whoever comes to the house to do the work has always done a very good job and everything is totally cleaned up before they leave. They don’t leave trash sitting around or anything like that. So we have been very happy with them. They are charging the going rate in this area I have gathered. I did a little bit of casting around within my book club and they all seem to be using someone, either individual or a company that charges about the same amount. So they are definitely competitive. They definitely know what they are doing and they definitely give attention to the details that need to be taken care of in order to have a good job done.

I've been using Maid Bright for almost 2 years. Their crews are great, and do a great job. They arrive when they're scheduled to arrive and do a very thorough job. Will continue to use them happily.

Everything from initial consultation and in-home estimate through the cleaning itself has been great. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone who we've spoken with.

I contacted Maidbright after reading the positive reviews on Angie's list. I had my questions answered the same day and was able to schedule a site visit by the Maidbright coordinator the following week. After a quick review of my house, he drew up an estimate on the price and length of services (he also offered a discount for Angie's List members). On the day of the service, the cleaners were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10 AM. They arrived at 8:15 and got to work immediately. They worked very efficiently (one woman worked on the bathrooms and kitchen, while the other focused on vacuuming, dusting and mopping). It was initially scheduled to take 2-3 hours, but they finished their work at 10:15. They did a fantastic job vacuuming (leaving great lines in the floor). The bathrooms and kitchens were spotless and they mopped the hardwood floors thoroughly. They even took care to move items and to put them back after. Great service.

The work was not completed because the team did not arrive on time. This is the second time I have experienced this with this provider. On previous occasions they arrived on time and completed the work well and rapidly, with only a few missed spots. However on the last two occasions they have been late, the first time arriving almost at the end of the arrival window -- after I called -- and this time arriving well after the agreed window. I had booked this appointment well in advance having experienced on a number of occasions their lack of availability at short notice. The person who made the appointment indicated it would be no problem. However, this time the arrival window of 1-3 pm came and went, with no word. I called the main number and while I was treated with courtesy, the employee offered what sounded like a pro-forma apology and showed a surprising lack of concern or urgency. When the team finally arrived at 3:40 pm, there was time only to clean less than half of my home as I had an appointment for which I had to leave no later than 4:45. They apologized however in a way that placed the responsibility on the previous client. There would have been ample time to complete the work well and on time if the team had arrived on time. Maid Bright has not yet reached out to me to reschedule so the work can be completed, nor to offer a genuine apology. I plan to give them one more chance (in general I give three chances), as they previously have provided excellent service and I hope the more recent experiences, especially this last one, have been unfortunate outliers. If the next time around their performance once more falls short of my expectations, I will be looking for another cleaning company.
