Maid Bright

Maid Bright was my cleaning service for a year. Because they stopped working on Saturdays, I had to look for another service. I had a problem early on, but it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I was pleased with their service for the remainder of the time. I would highly recommend them.

This was the first time I used them.

Two people came out and took maybe an hour and a half. They did a good job. No complaints. The house was cleaned and I was happy with the service.

The gentleman who came to the house for the price quote was on time, friendly and professional. I like that all personnel are employees of the company and have full benefits and that the company is bonded and insured. When they did the initial cleaning, I was very happy with the service and hired them to continue to clean my home on a regular basis going forward. The initial cleaning costs a bit more than the regular cleanings in the future (for me it was $240 vs $149 regular bi-weekly cleanings).

They have cleaned twice so far and have done an excellent job. I called three top-rated companies for estimates. Maid Bright was the only one that came to the house to do the estimate (others did it by phone). Seb did an excellent job of explaining what the company does and their price was less than the other companies. His explanation and their web site were also much more explicit on how things like holidays were handled, payment options, etc. Would definitely recommend Maid Bright.

After years of cleaning the house myself I finally decided to get a cleaning service. I was nervous because I know all of the areas of the house where dust and dirt hide out and wanted to be sure that the company I picked could do a better job than me. I found Maid Bright after a recommendation from my Mom and I couldn't have been more pleased. They arrived on time, used the time efficiently and cleaned the house top to bottom in the amount of time they estimated it would take. It was sparkling when they finished. I double checked all of the areas that I was worried about and they managed to find the dust (even without the sun shining in the house that day). I look forward to having them come each month.

I have used Maid Bright for a couple years and have decided to stop using them. While they act very professionally in their sales pitch and the customer service isn't bad, the crews they send are a disaster. It is a different crew every time, and they have broken or ruined several items in my condo, including parts of bath tubs, toilets, paintings on the wall, and items on bookshelves. They don't inform you that they accidentally broke something; they simply let you discover it on your own. While Maid Bright is quick to remedy the problem by paying you for it, that isn't a sufficient remedy.

Workers usually arrive as scheduled. They move vigorously for about an hour and a half, Normally have same two ladies. Very s125.00atisfied with their efforts.

Very efficient and effective cleaning.

When we first moved to our new apartment, we used a cleaner found off Groupon. Both my girlfriend and I were not satisfied with the cleaning so we decided to go on Angie's List to find something better. We selected MaidBright because of their promptness of their reply and the reasonableness of the estimate. This morning was our 'initial' cleaning with them and we are both extremely satisfied. I have now scheduled them for a recurring monthly appointment. I highly recommend this company.

I was extremely pleased with the results. The ladies who cleaned our house were punctual and very professional. They followed my instructions to a T. Based boards were dusted, blinds were cleaned, house thorougly vacuumed and dusted. The kitchen and baths were sparking. They did an outstanding jobs and based on other cleaning services I have used, they far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again and and highly recommend them.

They do excellent work. We look forward to coming home after each cleaning. They also provide special touches, by arranging furniture (a little), arranging pillows, throws, bath towels, bedding, etc. Our house looks like a luxury hotel room when they're done. Also, when we have to cancel for any reason, they are very flexible. The supervisor often calls or sends me an email to see if we're happy with their service.

They responded to my online quote in less than an hour, were able to schedule a free in-home estimate for the next day, and were really informative and helpful during the whole process. Our house shined from top to bottom! Great company - excellent work.

Maid Bright has been a dream to work with so far. I had a previous cleaning service that constantly arrived late, left marks on my walls and always left my apartment smelling very industrial. I was tired of paying a fortune for subpar cleaning, and found Maid Bright. I have only had an initial cleaning, but have been very happy with the professionalism and the first cleaning. My place looked great and did not have the horrible smell after they left.
