It is my second maid service company and I was very satisfied.

Very well. Only a few things to remind them about next time.

We have 3 dogs, and our carpets haven't been this clean in years. They did a great job all over the house!

I was very pleased with the job done by Maid Bright. I requested a visit/estimate and they were prompt with a response. They did a thorough job describing what they would do, walked me through the list of services and coming up with an estimate. The cleaning was exceptional. They even did more than I expected--such as taking out my recycling. I will be sure to update after subsequent service.

We were extremely happy with the service. The sales representative was very friendly and helpful. The price was very fair and the cleaning crew was very professional, fast and thorough. We have had other cleaning services in the past, but this has been our best experience.

Maid Bright has been cleaning our house for the past several years. We originally had them bi-weekly and then switched to monthly. They do an awesome job, are very responsive and professional and flexible. When we have had special needs or schedule changes they have been very accommodating. Their folks do a fantastic job and it is always a pleasure to come home to our house on cleaning day. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing house cleaning service. I am only sad that we are moving out of the area and will not be able to continue using them,.

I had this service for a few years. It started out ok. Over time, the instructions I stated were not followed. The last cleaning was not acceptable. They did not vacuum the stairs or the basement, or did a very poor job that left visible dirt behind. They did not empty a waste basket in the basement. They did not vacuum behind a chair in the living room which is easily reachable with a vacuum cleaner. And they disposed garbage bags in a recycling bin. It is extremely disappointing to see this lack of care in cleaning and I do not recommend this company to anybody.

Very well and when I have had an issue (minor) the team has responded immediately and professionally.

I'm writing this about 8 months after last use, so some details have been lost, but they did an overall good job the several times I used them. However, one time they bent a mini-bland slat while dusting it, and another time the lid of a decorative china dish was broken. The Maid Bright company responded professionally and quickly, reimbursing the full value, which I found online.

We've been very happy with Maid Bright's service and will continue to use them for as long as they are around. Marisol and Dinora have are not only thorough and efficient, they are also very pleasant, always making sure to say hello to my dog and my 5-year old, who love them. Maid Bright has always provided top notch customer service; on more than one occasion they went out of their way to help me reschedule at the last minute when a family emergency has cropped up. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The Feb 17th, 2017 cleaning went exceedingly well. Because of my travel schedule, the cleanings cannot be performed on a regular basis and almost every time I have a different team. I've been using this company for 3 years and on average have 9 cleanings per year. With one exception, all services were satisfactory in terms of thoroughness, with several truly exceptional. The last cleaning was superb. Both Rosario and Jeanette were very efficient, paid attention to details, were very professional and pleasant, communicated well, and they made a terrific team. I highly recommend Maid Bright and I intend to continue using their services for foreseeable future.

We've used this company for a while now and despite various little issues, been satisfied enough. However, today I cancelled our service because of the situation described below. Today I happened to be at home while the cleaners were working. After they left I discovered that the door to our back stairs, which I believe the crew unlocks to set trash outside, had not been locked or closed! Fortunately I was home and discovered this immediately, but normally no one would have been here and our house would have been completely unsecured. While the cleaning quality is fine enough, I absolutely cannot trust this company with the security of my home and pets again after this.

The two housekeepers who came were efficient and hard working. I had only one concern. I had asked that they not dust any shelves or tables with glass collectables, Southwest Indian pots, etc. (I have had bad luck with other cleaning services). That instruction was given to them in writing in their own language by the company. Yet they did dust and move items. I was overall satisfied and will keep with the service to see how it goes.

This was the initial visit, which I am told takes longer than other visits. The ladies arrived on time, which was nice. However neither of them spoke English well enough to understand me. The company makes you provide your own Clorox cleaning products (which is a must for me), and there was confusion around the products I gave them (they wanted the spray, not the powder, which took nearly 10 minutes in back and forth to figure out). The initial clean is by the hour, and I was in my office doing work and sort of watching them; I noticed one lady cleaned a wall mirror four (yes, 4) times...which made me wonder if the work they did upstairs really was necessary or just buying time. During the in-home quote, I told the person that I didn't want my china touched, but that information apparently didn't make it to the cleaning ladies, so I had to stop her after she had already cleaned one of my china cabinets. I did a walk thorough when they were done and identified a trash can they forgot to empty, and some vacuuming they didn't do, but overall it was a decent job. I am going to try them again and see if it is worth the money. The cost after the initial was quoted at $150. The one thing I do miss is that "cleaning" smell you get when you walk into a clean house...this just wasn't there. If you are looking for a reliable company that does a decent job, you should give it a go.

Good! The only problem was communication about getting into the apartment, so the cleaning was delayed and I had to come home to help them get in. Otherwise the quality of the cleaning was great!

They come in once every two weeks. They're always responsive. They did a great job.

They did counters, bathrooms, dusting and ran the vacuum. They are thorough, competent and very responsive towards concerns. They are very friendly and courteous.

I started using Maid Bright on a regular basis in November 2016. I have them come every 2 to 3 weeks. I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work. The 2 ladies who clean my house are very friendly, ask questions as necessary and leave the house very clean and smelling good. They are so much more reliable than my previous service and the pricing is much more reasonable.
