Employees are friendly, professional, competent, dedicated to quality. Services performed are very good. Only quibble is that arrival time changes on cleaning days so hard to plan.

The ladies arrived on time and were very professional and diligently scoured and scrubbed for 3 straight hours. I did not know that my house could be so clean. Everything was spotless. One of our concerns was that the house cleaners would get along with the dog. They were great with her! She is a 90 plus pound fur ball; not only were they great with her, but there was not a dog hair left anywhere; NOT even her dog bed. We have already set up the next 2 cleanings. Maid Bright has assured me that the same ladies will return each time-this is important because the dog needs to know them.

We chose Maid Bright because of the strong reviews on Angie's List and we were delighted with the service. After we had the interior of the house painted, we had dust everywhere. The two person Maid Bright team arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and quietly. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkled (including a glass shower which I had not been able to get really clean) ; all the woodwork was wiped thoroughly, carpets and hardwood floors very clean. They even remade the beds! The price was very reasonable. (Bright Maid charges by the hour, so the efficiency of the team, which was great) is important. I also really like the fact that they pay benefits (social security and insurance) for their employees. Customer service was excellent. As a result of the quality work, we have chosen Maid Bright for bi-weekly cleaning.

I have been using Maid Bright for over a year. They come every 3 weeks. They do an excellent job. They dust window blinds, baseboards, clean under furniture, vacuum sofa chairs. Kitchen and bathrooms are spotless after every cleaning. I am completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

MaidBright cleaning crews are reliable, cheerful and do thorough jobs. I keep using them for periodic cleaning because I feel confident in their work.

They were wonderful! They let me know the day before what time they would be here and they were right on time. Very friendly and professional. They asked questions about what I liked or disliked, and they exceeded my expectations. The house looks great and I have asked them to come back each month.

They sent two cleaners over for our one-bedroom and I would estimate it took them just under two hours. They did a great job and were very efficient. Our unit needed a little extra cleaning since we had a kid six months ago and had lapsed on our chores for some time. But, they were punctual, nice, and did a fantastic job.

The cleaning service is excellent. I have had one or two issues with the administration. I moved in July, the cleaning service came to my new home in August, but mistakenly came to my former home in September- and they couldn't gain entry, so the cleaning had to be rescheduled. I wouldn't mind so much, but I board my dog for the cleaning so he's not underfoot and I had to incur additional expense for the rescheduled cleaning. They did call, but I was at work, it was an unrecognizable number, so I didn't pick up.

They ladies arrived good on time, and were done within three hours. They behaved professionally, meaning there was no chit-chating. Girls did a good job, already scheduled next appointment with Maid bright.

We have used Maid Bright sine July 2015. The same crew is sent 95% of the time which is nice because they know where things are and what we like. I work from home and request that they come at a specific time in a two hour a window. This has been really helpful for my work schedule. I feel the price is reasonable for a bi-weekly cleaning given that our house is 2700 SF with two full and one 1/2 bath. I think other will be pleased with their service.

Excellent. They provided a thorough and detailed cleaning, including inside refrigerator, closets, baseboards, cabinets. The apartment was in great condition for the next tenant to move in. Great communication from the company, and the free consultation made me feel more assured of the professionalism and quality of the service. I also like that they use eco-friendly products. The price was comparable to other companies I spoke with. All-in-all, a good value for the money.

Leslie was very thorough in presenting her estimate for services, explained their company philosophy and work habits of the cleaning teams. I received an email the day before my cleaning was scheduled to confirm arrival time window which was 12PM-2PM. Anna and Cassie arrived at 12:30 PM. They checked with me about any special instructions and got right to work. They were efficient, thorough and respectful of my home and belongings. I received a call from Maid Bright the next day to find out how everything went. I am enjoying my clean home and have scheduled monthly house cleanings with them.

First step is a deep clean of the home, which is understandable. I signed up for a cleaning every other month. After the first or second service, the quality of the cleaning was mediocre. After skipping one cleaning, they asked that I pay for another deep clean. We have a very clean home as it is. At this time I cancelled service with them.
