Maid Bright

Description of Work: Maid Bright sends two ladies to clean our house every two weeks. The initial visit by a sales person to make the estimate and arrange the cleaning schedule was very professional and efficient. The first cleaning visit was a bit more expensive ($210), but the subsequent visits are reasonably priced at $135 every two weeks. This is a house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. They dust, vacuum, clean the bathrooms, mop the kitchen floor and empty all the trash cans and even bring their own trash-can liner bags. They also change the bed sheets. It is possible to set up payment with a credit card for convenience. The same two ladies (Sandra and Wilma) who did the first cleaning also came back the second time, and I hope they continue to be the ones who clean our house as they are pleasant and efficient. So far, after two cleanings, I am very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Excellent cleaning service. First time cleaning is extremely thorough. I would say they do a bit of overkill on their first visit to explain the company and their services, like their insurance, their charges, their cleaning products, their scheduling, their phone reminder calls and more. Its a bit much. But, I understsnd that they want to have every t crossed and every i dotted. Its just that if you are a busy person, it can be time consuming so be prepared. Otherwise you can expect excellent service and, what they promise, is what you get. I am continuing to use them and am very satisfied.

Description of Work: My home is large and I wanted to make sure the company I hired could take care of the space. Jay showed up to give me an estimate on time and was very professional and informative. I feel that he cares about the quality of service given. I have had an initial cleaning, and my first bi-weekly cleaning with this company. For the initial cleaning two ladies showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job cleaning, spending more time than I expected them to and doing a thorough job. My first bi-weekly cleaning was a success as well, with my picky husband saying "It looks like they did a great job". I hope for a long and happy relationship with same quality of cleaning!
