Travis called 20 minutes prior as promised and started work quick, He explained what he was going to do and let me know there would be loud noise; which was helpful since I am working from home. Travis and Nate were amazing. We hired them to clean the vents in our new (sold as-is) home, but upon opening the return, we discovered an alarming amount of black mold. Travis educated us on the topic, walked us through our options, and at our request was able to remediate the mold issue the same day. The mold was an unexpected and alarming development for us, but their professional yet light-hearted demeanor while dealing with my and my husband's questions greatly helped us in dealing with the situation. Travis was AWESOME SAUCE. He not only cleaned the vents but he also recommended that my AC unit be cleaned. Thank God I listened to him. My pipes were rusting so he cleaned them off and serviced the unit properly. He also shared his knowledge to us to let us know what will be needed in the future. I had no idea about some of this stuff until he told me. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. OUTSTANDING JOB AND VERY FRIENDLY. Will definitely use him from now on for my vents and will use him also for my dryer vent cleaning next year.
