Description of Work: I needed a tune up for my computer. I have established a proxy link for this provider and it is simple. I text him what the problem is and within a few hours to a day he has peroxided into my computer and fixed the issues.

Description of Work: Gordon came to my house directly to salvage my laptop which had an issue with the hard drive. He saved all of the information and backed it up. He also consulted me on a new desk top computer/accessories I was purchasing. When the new equipment arrived, he came back to transfer all of the necessary programs/files from my old computer. Everything worked from the get go except one thing. He immediately came back the next day to solve the issue. I have recommended Gordon (he is the owner)in the past to friends/family and will continue to recommend him.

On his first visit he worked from my home for hours trying to get rid of the virus. Description of Work: Gordon spent hours trying to fix my computer. and when it was decided that all the fixes could do the trick, I bought a new one. Gordon came right over and set it up for me. I have him clean out my computer from time to time so as to not get a raging virus again.

Description of Work: We were trying to recover data from a fried hard drive. He was only going to charge me if he could recover it. He couldn't and still wasn't going to charge even though he spent a good amount of time, trying different things. I appreciated the offer but paid him anyway since it wasn't his fault the drive was beyond recovery.

Description of Work: Gordon was contacted to help clean up my Windows 7 system and get SP1 to load. He also cleaned and maximized my system. A faulty driver was the cause of SP 1 not loading. He also updated. My IE to version 11. So happy to have my computer up and running better than ever!

Description of Work: My computer had a virus (Trojan) that took over everything. Mr.King arrived on time. He fixed the problem, cleaned up everything and now the computer's running well and much faster. He also patiently answered a variety of questions I had about computers and gave me recommendations for preventing problems in the future. I will definitely call him again if I have other problems.
