Even though we had a last minute emergency and could not be at the house they showed up and went to work and did a excellent job power-washing the entire house. Very happy with the results. Would use them again

This is high qualify service for a very reasonable price. They came on the day requested, performed the service, and left after straightening up. What a pleasure to have a service provided as requested.

They arrived at the agreed upon time, and pressure washed my home. They covered every inch, and nothing was left out. They did such a great job, that my home looked like it was a new home again. They were professional, and courteous, and I would definitely use them again. I would give them the highest rating possible for the quality and professionalism of service provided.

In 16 years I have never had this issue, it was awful.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks out. They had to cancel the morning of due to a van in the shop. I rescheduled and they kept that appointment. They did a good job. Overall I was pleased and the price was very reasonable. My only complaint (other than having to reschedule at the last minute) was that the power washing killed my potted impatiens flowers that was located by my front door. I wish the technician would have asked me to move the potted plant before he started. It was not evident when he did the work, but they began to die later that afternoon. I am guessing it was the chemical used. In fairness, I did not contact the company but just replaced the plants on my own. I mention it as a cautionary tale to others who may be looking to power wash their house. Move your potted plants. No other plants seem to be adversely affected. Impatiens are notoriously sensitive.

I purchased a 'Deal' for pressure washing. They advertised they would pressure wash the house. When speaking with the rep that showed up, he informed me that they only pressure wash the siding, no trim, no gutters, no porch, no deck, no downspouts, no poles, no railings, no deck, no windows..... literally only washed the the siding.

This was a "Deal" - $349 for power washing house and deck. I purchased it on a Monday. Communication was prompt and courteous. They accepted my proposed date for completing the work four days after I purchased the "Deal". The tech arrived on time, was courteous and polite as we walked the property and discussed the work to be done. He even asked if it was OK to backup his van in the grass to turn around because we have a narrow gravel drive. I went on to work and arrived home to find the house and deck looking phenomenal. He even cleaned the front porch's sides and roof which I didn't expect, since I had not removed the planters and furniture beforehand. I definitely recommend this company. It was easy on me, the work was done well at a good price, and lastly: there were no surprises.

They did a god job and were quick. I wish they did not leave a sign in front of my lawn about their services though!

It was an excellent job. The tech was on time, he was cordial, and he went right to work. He answered my husband?s questions and paid special attention to the spots on the house that we were worried about. In fact, when he was packing up, he saw a spot that we had not pointed out ? and he said he was dissatisfied and wanted to to that spot again so he took out his tools again. We were pleased and impressed and would use them again.

Overall: Did an excellent job, the house looked like new Cons: After I scheduled an appointment, they instantly googled a picture of my house and asked if I wanted my small front porch concrete power washed for an additional $25. (pretty stingy if you ask me) My initial appointment was rescheduled (no big deal to me, since I didn't moved in yet)

I felt like I had to watch he all the time -- one guy showed up and was pretty quick. He needs to work on his customer service but the job was done okay.

Asked for extra money to complete the job - this was cash on the side. Had trouble getting it completely clean. Came on time. Good the siding clean. Not so well on the deck and concrete leasing to the steps

House was cleaned to our satisfaction

Our homeowner's association (HOA) required that our wooden fence in the backyard be cleaned as part of a pre-closing HOA inspection. I called East coast power washing and left a message. My call was promptly returned. We discussed the project, the scope of the work and the price. An appointment was scheduled. The Company showed up on time and completed the work for the agreed upon price. Outstanding work from a service provider that was responsive and reasonably priced. Would use these guys without hesitation on any power washing project that I have.

He did a great job. I stopped by when he was getting close to finishing. The house looked great. He went back over trouble spots. He avoided an area of siding repair in progress, and even blew the leaves off my deck! Would definitely use again.
