Description of Work: Powerwashed the house and deck - and a small playhouse. The deck has a screened porch and the technician was hesitant to use the powerwasher in or around the screening. The siding, the interior of screened porch and the exterior deck look wonderful. He did not clean the top of the railing around the screened porch, so we have a great deal to do by hand. The technician was very polite and worked efficiently.

Description of Work: They did a poor job of cleaning the house. Dirt was still on the window sills. They used a strong solution that smelled of bleach and all the flowering plants died. Had never experienced with other companies that did the power wash. Plus we ask them to use the water jet to knock down a wasp nest that was high up on the roof line. They refused to do it. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They were scheduled for one day siding wash. They never showed up. I called office multiple times to see where they were never got an answer or a call back. They called that night around 9 p.m. and apologized and said a machine had broke. They should have called me to let me know this. They had my phone number and my email. Then they couldn't schedule me the next day because they were full. They should have done everything they could to get out here the next day. He did schedule me for a couple days later and said he would be here at 9 a.m. on the dot. He didn't show up until noon. He did the job, it was okay.
