My mothers townhouse had mold on the siding and the bricks. He removed both problems and the house looked great. It did not take him a long time at all. Also, he used a mixture with the water to do the job.

He showed up on August 27th to perform the work. His equipment broke down in the middle of performing the job and he could not finish the entire house. He promised that he would return on Sept. 12th. He did return to finish the work and it turned out great. He did a wonderful job and I would definitely use him again. He returned when he was suppose to and did exactly what he said he would do.

He scheduled it immedietly after I bought the big deal and did a great job. He was extremely thorough, professional, and nice.

Mike Kidwell gave me a one hour window and arrived within it with a truck and all his equipment. He answered my questions about the detergent and whether it would hurt any of my plants. He said it was very mild and really wouldn't damage them. He set to work immediately and was able to remove the insect stains, the stains from the bird feeder, all the unsightly oxidation residue that I had grown used to. The house was so improved that my neighbor remarked on it twice. We are really pleased and feel like we live in a new house when we return home each day! The only thing I would say is that hydrangeas and hostas really are more sensitive to the detergent than other plants and tend to wilt or drop their leaves. However, it looks like the damage is temporary and they will be fine in the spring. Mike is very polite and congenial, and exhibits a strong work ethic. I recommend him strongly and I will use his services again.

Responded within one hour of our request for service. Arrived on time and ready to work. The entire job took about 90 minutes. We were especially pleased that the company uses a low pressure system with biologically friendly soap to protect the siding as well as plants and other greenery. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

A little over a year ago I bought a foreclosure off the market. The house needed some repairs, painting and also came with a nice size deck in the back, but the previous occupants had definitely not done any repairs to the deck. It was missing parts of the railing, some of the boards were curling up, and it had become a dingy greenish color from the lack of sealant. Finally, it was the decks turn to be done. I had done previous work with East Coast Powerwashing and was familiar with their work. The company is operated by two brothers, who were both courteous and professional. They provided a detailed quote and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. The old "icky" deck looks like new. I can't wait to sit out and soak in the sun on my "new" deck.

We just moved into a new house backing to woods, with a number of ornamental trees in the yard. The large deck, the covered patio, and the paver walkway to the back gate all required some serious attention. The patio and walk way desperately needed cleaning prior to our moving in with two rambunctious dogs to prevent tracking all that into the house.
