They did a good job. I had no issues.

They contacted me through AL within minutes of receiving my order. We set up a time for them to come. I was not able to be on site while they performed the wash, but that was not a problem. They cleaned the entire deck and 4 bedroom 2 story house. The work was excellent. The house and deck look brand new. Definately worth the money. I will use them again in a few years.

East Coast Power Washing DID NOT do the work. I'm not sure if they were behind or what but they had Diamond Construction did the work. Rick Alvarado did the paint & staining but he did not do the power washing of the deck and fence it was a partner of East Coast Power Washing. Overall the deck and fence turned out great and would use again. May be it was a little pricey but a lot of work needed to be done. The work was done on my mothers townhouse in South Riding.

Rescheduled from the original date due to technician illness. Arrived on the rescheduled date on time, and did an excellent job at the advertised price.

East Coast Power-washing only coordinated their services through e-mails. They did an excellent job power-washing the vinyl siding even though I was not home during the cleaning. Cost was excellent.

The price was competitive and the quality of the service was OK. However, the technician was a bit prickly and not as professional in manner or appearance as I had hoped.

great job! friendly, reliable...and the house looks excellent. This was a required cleaning by the Cascades Community Association, prior to home sale. I only needed to do one-side (north), and this was within the "Deal" of $125. All four sides would have cost more, of course.

Service was very good. We were pleased with the results. We has some issues straightening out what was and wasn't included in the Big Deal, which seems to ALWAYS be the case with Angie's List Big Deals, no matter who the provider is. I asked several questions up front about what was included and it took some back-and-forth to get the "real" answer. However, I appreciated that the provider responded in a timely fashion, even if the answers I got weren't always clear. Aside from that, I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the exterior of the house although I now have to get a window cleaner to clean my windows as the cleaning solution apparently used for the house left noticeable streaks on the widows

I did not end up using this big deal due to the company not being able to perform the work on my house.

I purchased a big deal and over messaging was able to arrange them to come and power wash my house whilst I was at work.

Every thing went well. The contractor told us where we needed to protect porch furniture and shrubs and we did so. He seemed very professional and took time to be sure that he would not harm our house or grounds.

The result was nothing short of amazing! While we expected that our cedar-sided buildings would look a little less grungy and dark-stained, the result was like night and day. We highly recommend East Coast Powerwashing to anyone who needs this sort of service.

I signed up and prepaid for the coupon. My negotiation of the date of service notice included some special requests. I recognize completely that going one-off from a listed special can make a vendor very nervous about scope creep. Hence, I was very careful to describe my circumstances. I actually have very little siding around my house (its mostly brick which didn't need much attention). The vinyl siding is only a couple of years old, and constitutes only 1and 1/2 sides of my house. So I described this to the company, with a request to instead take the time and materials that could have gone to a bigger siding job and apply them to the flagstone walkway. This resulted in quite a bit of back and forth, requests for extra payment (which I refused). In the end, the vendor did the job on the same day we came to agreement, catching my wife by surprise (wasn't home to remove deck furniture). Quality: Excellent. Price: Very good, given that they did both the siding and the flagstones. Punctuality: Too punctual. As we agreed finally on the terms via email, 2 hours notice was given that the work would proceed. Professionalism: Fair. I get that small business owners need to operate carefully. This gentleman dickered back and forth excessively without surveying the work proposed. They did great quality work, I will give them that.

They were very prompt and on time. He was professional and handled what he was supposed to.

I received an immediate quote for the job which was about $100 lower than my other two quotes. I was pleased with the result. The house is much cleaner than before. Dirt, mildew and mold is gone. The low-pressure power washing method uses detergents of some kind to do the cleaning. In some cases this left a few sticky bits of sap or something stuck to the wall that would have been blasted away by high-pressure, but it might have been more damaging to my siding. I also had dead foliage killed by the soaps, but only along a wall in which the foliage were weeds. My shrubs and flowers seemed fine. Perhaps they diluted the soaps in those areas with additional water on the plants. They claim it's safer for them to do all the work from the ground and just as effective. I think they could probably do a better job higher up on the house if they used ladders. The higher areas were much better than before, but not as clean as the lower work.

They were responsive, punctual and thorough. The house looks very different now, and we would definitely use them again!
