East Coast Powerwashing

Description of Work: This was an Angie's List deal - offer - that I had received. Although I normally would not feel comfortable paying for an entire job upfront to a contractor that I had never used before (or even heard of), I took the plunge due to East Coast Powerwashing's "A" rating on Angie's List. | | They were very responsive and helpful via email. They came out promptly on the agreed-upon date and did a good job. This was for a "deck clean". I would use this company again.

Description of Work: power washed the address column.

Description of Work: Michael powerwashed my house. I was home recovering from surgery and was not yet fully moblle. After he completed the job Michael asked if I wanted to take a look at the side of the house which had needed the most attention. I told him that I could not walk that far but everything that I saw looked good. Michael said "no disrespect meant but I saw you were having trouble walking so I took before and after pictures". What a considerate young man. I would call them again and recommend them as well.

Description of Work: Company cannot do the work required. The owner was very gracious and I am completely satisfied with the experience with East Coast Power Washing. I did not enjoy the refund process with Angies List. It seems too difficult when dealing with the phone rep. The way she explained it it seems Angie's list is more worried about getting stuck with my refund given a third-party "deal" company in the middle. Angies List should focus on my service experience, period.

Description of Work: Pressure washing of siding and decks was done very well. They originally were to do windows, but the individual balked at climbing slightly sloped roof to clean the skylights (which was the whole point of agreeing to window cleaning)so I dropped that aspect of the contract on the spot. Owner did not object at all to changing the scope at the last minute. I understand they have removed window washing from their list of services.

Description of Work: Mike power washed the outside of my entire, very dirty house as well as my slate and brick walk ways, slate stepping stone paths, and front patio. He used low pressure on my two-story mahogany deck (actually three decks) and my garage roof that had developed a green mold. He even washed some of my outdoor furniture. He came back another day with an assistant to wash all 39 of my windows inside and out including my four dormer windows in my attic, all window screens and sills, three sets of french doors, two sets of sliding glass doors, two large built-in glass and mirrored display cases and wall to wall mirrors in the dining room, hallway and bathrooms. Mike was punctual, extremely neat and polite and put up with some appointment changes because of my schedule...all with a smile. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work entailed over a two-day period and the excellent quality of the product. My house sparkles and looks like a million bucks. I would have him back in a heart beat and I recommend him highly!
