Yasa was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and responsive during the whole process.

Didn't call or text or show up for 4 hour window appointment.

While no work was actually done, the process proved to be a huge waste of time. I made multiple calls and spoke directly to the owner over a 10 day period. I finally gave up on Yasa Floors & Countertops due to their lack of responsiveness. They proved to me that they are less than professional and unworthy of a good review.

They put it in incorrectly and claimed it wasn't incorrect. It wasn't to my liking nor was it proper. I had to kind of fight with them a bit. They finally came back and put it in correctly.

Prompt on estimate. Promptly answered emails. Very nice installers. Very good to work with. Looks gorgeous.

While I am happy with the workmanship, there is a few things you need to about the cost of the project other than the advertised price of installation. 1. cost of removing existing countertop 2.hauling the old countertop 3.cost of the sink. Most of the time you will opt for a new sink than the one provided in the promotion - it can run 100s of dollars. Yasa was very prompt in answering my questions and even accommodated my urgency. Murat yasa came to my location with samples the next day after my call. One thing you need to do is document your conversations. There was an issue with the scheduling.I was waiting for the installers and when they didnt show up I called Murat yasa and he disagreed with the time of the appointment, even though he agreed later that he may have forgotten I have to give kudos the installers who came (Yasa) he was very professional and the installation went very well. Another thing, you have to take into account is your desire to have entire length of the counter top in one slab. Yasa mentioned that he had to make it into two because he could not get it into my kitchen in one piece through the staircase. So you need to think how this applies to your case. Overall the project went well, and could even better if you find out about the unknowns I already mentioned above. I would recommend Yasa Floors.

Beware of Yasa Floors LLC. I recently hire them to do hardwood refinishing. They gave me a quote with moving all the furniture's. They charge me $100 to move furniture's in the quote. When his man arrives to do job they ask me more money to move furniture's. I told them that we agreed on the contract that you will move the furniture's. When I denied more money his guys left my house. When I ask refund to Yasa floors. He agrees to refund money. When he refunded my money he charge me $50 to show up at my place. Please please avoid Yasa Floors LLC, You have lots of other options in the market. I

Everything went great! They were quick to come to the house first for the estimate, then the measurements and finally installation. During the first visit we were offered a choice from nine samples. I was concerned because I was hoping for a lighter color and felt like I might be settling for something that I might not be happy with. However after installed, I think it looks wonderful! They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

They're wonderful. In fact, I've used them twice. They did countertops in my daughter's house first. We were very pleased. More recently, they did our own kitchen. It's beautiful. It was very easy to deal with them. They're very professional. They did a beautiful job. It cost more. It was for 35 square feet and I have more than that. I have a very large kitchen. Mr. Yasa himself came out in advance and gave me an estimate. I had called him and said, "I don't want to buy the deal unless I know how much it's going to cost." He came out and measured and told me how much it would be. It was great and we went ahead with it. The total with tax was $3200.

As I already stated, everything went without a hitch. The quality of the materials is first rate, the quality of work is top notch, the personalities of the installers were pleasant and helpful, and their skill resulted in a splendid removal and installation of countertops that I doubt we could have found anywhere else at near the price. Mr. Yasa also worked with us very nicely on a billing error and had it corrected within hours. I could not imagine a better experience. We are overjoyed with the result and the money we saved.

I was contacted right away to schedule the measurements. The guy came out and measured several times for accuracy. After that, it took several days to hear from someone, so I became a little concerned. On the day I had planned to call, I received a call first from Mr. Yasa saying he wanted to send me the contract. I was a little confused by that because I hadn't seen any samples, chosen any sinks, etc. So after our conversation, we finally got on the same page, and he sent me the information I needed. I went out to look at the granite slabs personally to make my choice and then I viewed the sink choices online. We got everything straight. There were some extra fees associated with this, for instance, my square footage was more than what the deal offered but at $42 sq ft per additional footage, it was still a great deal. And for cutouts, removal, etc., there were extra fees. But I am so happy with the final product, and for less than $3,200, I think the deal was well worth it. The guys did great work and delivered my counter tops and installed them efficiently and quickly. They even sealed them before leaving. The choices for the tops were pretty good, as were the choices for sinks. I am quite satisfied.

I contacted Yasa to give me a few estimates. He gave me great prices and was very responsive. He met me at my office to sign the contract because it was more convenient for me and scheduled the work to be completed within three days. Great service! Looking into hiring Yasa for more work on my property.

Overall we are very happy with our granite counter tops, they look great. The original installation, left the dishwasher not level, which caused it to flood the kitchen. After straightening out some communication issues, they returned and addressed all the problems promptly. Yasa, the prime contractor, even brought along a plumber to ensure that we were satisfied.

The owner was very punctual, responsive and accommodating. So were the workers that did the actual work. I was very pleased with this service. Highly recommended!

Mr. Yasa and his team were very professional and timely. My wife and I had a very tight timeline and Yasa did all that he could do to meet that timeline and more. He and his team exceeded our expectations and provided us with high quality carpet that we believe was worth every penny. The value that we have been provided with our new carpet far exceeds the dollar amount that we spent for the services. Yasa was able to complete the job within our expected timeline and within our expected budget. Overall, we are very satisfied with the way that the new carpet looks and the way that it was installed. It's been three months since the installation of our carpet, and there have been no problems since.

Although I chose another vendor due to a certain color selection, my interaction with the company was superb.

It was a longer process, from start to finish, but I am very happy with the end result.

I was sent an email to go to Gramaco to make a selection. The Santa Celica I was not impressed with-I made several choices, and now I am told there is additional cost: [tried to cut and paste won't let me do it here however quote]: "The additional costs on the other colors member picked out at wholesaler are at cost. These are the price: If you go with 10 colors in big deal your cost is (37.5sf) Up to 35 sf is $1,499. Extra sf $105. Total is $1,904 6%:$114; Total: $2,018 These are the extra for other colors which you picked up: Typhoon Bordo: $1,033.5 Salaries: $980 {Solarius} Ice Brown: $550. [advised strations not good] Tropical Delicatus: $980.5 now gone Ivory Minsk: $1,245.5 White Spring:$980.5 Sienna Gold: $1,086.5 Latinium: $1,033.5 Giallo Beige:$927.5 Giallo Ormantel: $550. I posed the question to Angies List re: costs as noted above: I keep having emails back on forth saying the same thing-except when I called Angies I was given a differant company and called them who only had 3 choices. I feel I am screwed. I indicated I was interested in the Typhoon; however the "deal" expires in May-at this rate I will never get my granate coutertop and if that happens I will be writing BBB. I did not want a dark color in a condo-the color choices were not given up front-I thought surely of 3 differant grades as mentioned in the above ad, I would like one-unbeknowst to me Yasa is now reneging and charging addtional costs for a differant vararity. I am waiting on hearing back from yet another phone call from Angies list. I would caution others not to go with these "Big Deals" He offered a lighter color for $300 more, sent me to Grameco then reneged on the prices-did not follow through when I did give him a color choice.

Great work and very professional, especially at that price. Slight delay in starting, but the measurements and installation went without a hitch. He was very responsive to our questions/concerns and also provided an estimate for the carpet we needed to replace. I went with a big company on the carpet, but kind of wish I had used him instead.

Murat was very professional and the project went well from start to finish. It was easy to work with the company for the countertops, we ended up purchasing hardwood floors from Yasa for the condo we are moving to. This project is still in progress, but it is going very smoothly.
