Description of Work: They aerated and "seeded" my front lawn. They did aerate, after delays for weather. They did not have an aerater to fit down the 3 steps into my back yard so that did not get done, even though I paid for a half acre, which is my lot size. I saw very few grass seeds and despite my watering daily for a couple weeks, very little grass came up. I won't use their services again.

Description of Work: My yard is tidy, which is important to me. This means the lawn, shrubs and small treas and grasses are trimmed and fed as needed. They take the debris off my property in a very timely manner. I have a yearly contract with Commonweath Landcare to totally take care of the needs of my lawn, and they do. Granted 2014 February and March were unusually filled with snow and freezing weather, and they still came to get the pinoak leaves and pick up branches. I am happy, very happy with their professional lawn care service.

Description of Work: They removed very large shrubs/small trees from the front of my house. The Big Deal was for 2 men working for 8 hours each to do the job. I outlined the job that I wanted performed and set priorities. The 2 men completed all of the work; removed the debris that was created (large amount); and cleaned up the area. |The work and cooperation was exceptional.
