Commonwealth Landcare did an excellent job on my lawn. They came prepared to do whatever I needed done, which included edging the mulch beds, weeding, blowing old leaves, removing tree branches, and laying a new layer of beautiful mulch. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned up and the results were wonderful.

They were very prompt, courteous, hard working and great clean-up! I would hire them again and certainly recommend them to others.

The two man crew arrived promptly in the morning and started to work right away. I have never seen such hard working individuals. They were both very polite and professional and did a fantastic job. You could not have asked for a better result. I was so happy when I saw the finished product. I would have had to spend weeks getting all the work they did completed! Not only did they finish all the work on my list, they went out of their way to go the extra mile and do things that were not on it but helped improve the look of my front yard and flower beds, edging along the side walk and blowing all debris off the walk and driveway. Mike, the owner, gave me a quote of about 8 hours of work with a two man crew and gave me a great price. I was originally worried I had too much to do and would have to have them come back to finish the job. But they surprised me and actually did more than I expected and finished up early. He actually adjusted the quoted price to compensate for over estimating the original time. Another pleasant surprise. It's not often a business will adjust your price down. More often than not, the adjustment is always the other way. A sign of a company based on honesty and integrity. I will definitely use this company again for any yard work I need done.

I had two workers for 3 hours. They were friendly, conscientious, very hard-working on a very hot day. I was pleased with the results which were pretty much what I wanted. However, they worked about a 1/2 hour more than the 3 hours without any notice, request on my part or authorization by me - which I wouldn't have given. Due to somewhat of a language barrier it may very well have been just a misunderstanding. But I was very surprised to receive an invoice charging me for a full hour. The time was at their full price - which would have been correct if I requested the extra time. However, Mr. Pugh graciously wrote off the charge which took the sting out of it. But I still am appalled that I could be billed and expected for pay, for time I didn't order.

It went extremely well. Based on the heat of the summer, they arrived at around 7:15 a.m. and stayed with us a little past 10 a.m. They worked continuously without breaks to ensure that all my projects were accomplished.

Angie's list "Big deals" on my experience is a "you got your moneys worth" deal. AL should put a limit on the deals so that the business doing the deals are not overwhelmed and can not deliver the service. To me if I pay a deal up front, then I should be able to get service ASAP or within a week.

The two guys worked hard, stayed on task, and accomplished what we expected they could do in that time. I was so pleased, I contacted the owner again for an estimate on additional work. The estimate was quite reasonable, so I engaged a second team to do another area. That work was even more impressive, and the land they worked was left pristine! I am very impressed with this company, and will not hesitate to contact them again soon.

They arrived (2-men) on the correct day at 8:00 AM and this was a great way to start. The owner, Mike Pugh went over everything with his crew and left them to do their work. It was extremely hot so they took a small break in the morning and for lunch. Mike checked back in the early afternoon and we agreed another day was needed. They had done such a terrific job that there was no question in my mind I wanted them to finish. Mike is coming back after the holiday (4th) and we discus future work. Commonwealth LandCare is a terrific company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Mike and his team were friendly courteous and ON TIME both days.

They were prompt, worked quickly and did a great job. They even blew the area of the driveway next to the bed. Met the owner, Michael who gave us some estimates for future lawn care. He left and his two employees completed the job. All were courteous and professional and we were very pleased. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I purchased the deal for 16 hours of labor. They removed an old wooden fence that was overgrown with vines and small trees. They removed all the trees and the wooden fence. It was almost like it was never there. They cleaned up afterwards extremely well also.

The guys were good and hard workers. They hauled a lot of stuff out and I thought I was going to run out of things for them to do. The owner came by to meet me when the guys started, which I thought was a nice touch. However, I thought it was strange that they left and never came back up to say they were leaving. Other than that, they did pretty good work and everything I asked them to do.

Very well. They worked hard and did over and above what was expected.

Mike Pugh was responsive to my request for a quote to provide the above services. I requested two other quotes from other contractors, and Mike was in line. I chose to go with him because of the Angie's List reviews. On the appointed day, his crew showed up on time. They worked for about 6 hours, and did exactly what I had requested. When finished, they cleaned up my drive way and sidewalk. It looks great.

Arrived on time and worked at least the full three hours. Work was very task oriented so didn't require a lot of input from them but they did a great job executing. Cleaned up all the debris as well.

I had a dogwood tree growing next to my house (it had come up wild) and I asked them to move it if possible. After working on, it was determined that the tree was too close to the house and they would need to cut it down. Or leave it. I opted for them to cut it down. At the same time, another worker was in my garden pulling out weeds in the walk areas. I had alot of weeds and they ended up with 6 bags of trash. Thats alot of weeds.

The company owner Mike is very responsible and professional. He set up working schedule promptly and notified me via email and made a reminder call when the crew was on the way to my property. He has a good working crew who was doing a superb job. This company is highly recommended.

It went pretty well. The service was good. The owner ended up coming out because one of the workers got sick and had to leave. So it was pretty good.

Everything went great. Did work almost immediately and performed quite professionally. Very satisfied, particularly where there was the greatest leaf build-up.

The crews always leave the yard cleaner then when they arrived and further get their 'mess' up from the street when done.

The owner was very responsive by email in setting up the appointment, making changes for bad weather, and for additional services. The men came at the time given and completed all the work given in a professional way. I am very pleased with how our yard looks and would definitely consider using them again.

The experience was great. Mike contacted me right away with a day that they would be out to do the work. They came on that day to do the work, and the work was so tidy. Everything had been raked and bagged, leaving me with a nicely manicured lawn. Things look so great that we're thinking of making the cleanup a regular part of our lawn care. Would definitely consider them for additional work.
