The service Pro was pretty responsive to my Service Request, he quoted the price any were from $300.00 to $400.00 plus a surge protector for $80.00 which will be a total amount of $480.00. and asked if I had rafters. I said that I had exposed wires and so he even stated over the phone that it would be an easy job because I did not have a finished basement for him to go through he install the 4 electrical outlets and the surge protector He arrived sometime around 9:00 am till 5:00 pm in between that time he went to the store 3 times, according to him the store keep giving him the wrong parts. At the end of the day he handed me a bill of $1200.00 without been authorized. I asked why so much and asked to give a breakdown of the bill. he got upset, ripped out the bill from my hands and took off, and stated that I will have to talk to his lawyer. I called him 2 times so that we can talk about the bill and he stated that he was so upset to talk about it and that he will come back to my house on Monday. I am a lite worried him coming to my house the way he left. I will rather resolve it over the phone.

Bob showed up early and started work immediately. He worked through the projects quickly but ensuring everything was correctly installed/fixed. I will definitely be calling Bob for any future electric work.

I was very disappointed in that I was charged 65.00 for a quote and 90.00 for travel, to me an honest person if they had to charge 90.00 for travel they would recommend someone closer to you to do the job. 90.00 for labor which was installing an exhaust fan and fixing a switch in a closet, which did not require any outdoor maintenance prior to the installation. Charging someone close to 400.00 when the parts where only 75.00 is unbelievable, but I will be much more careful of people doing a job just to rip you off.

Bob did a very nice work in installing floodlights over my garage wall for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend Bob and would use his service for our next projects.
