Cleaned chimney and then tried to sell me a flue damper I didn't need. When I showed him that he went out and came back in and he said he could tell from the ground I needed a new cap on my chimney.

They didn't show up for the first appointment (Oct 26th) and didn't call, I had to call them. They did show up for the second appointment (Nov 2nd) but they pushed back the time without telling me. No one called the day of either appointment date to tell me when they would be there, I had to call them. They person who actually did the cleaning was very pleasant and professional.

I had emailed them to let them know I had purchased the deal and wanted to schedule. The company stated that they could get me in on November 23 between 1-3 p.m. However, day of the appointment he calls to tell me that he did not service my area. He never stated this in the 6 emails that went back and forth between us. He was also rude with me over the phone and the proceeded to disconnect the call.

The provider gave me a time slot, 1 week after purchase for 11am-1pm. I was happy with this, confirmed and rearranged most of my day to accompany this request. At 11am on the day of service, the provider called and said the "technician was sick" and wanted to reschedule for 2 days later. My advice, moving forward, would be to give a possible long term customer a little more notice than NONE as to not throw a wrench in his entire day.

Purchased an Angie's list special for dryer vent cleaning. Just moved into new house and home inspector suggested a cleaning. Very pleased with service. They showed up on time, did thorough job, and completed quickly. Good thing as the vent had not been cleaned in a long time and was very close to being a fire hazard.

After purchasing the Angie's List deal, we went about scheduling the service via email. The scheduling process was quick and team was responsive. Once a date was set, they called me a week earlier to confirm the appt and the day of, Branden arrived on time and ready to get to work. Once the vent was located, he unpacked his gear and got to work. First up was cleaning the instead of the dryer and vent trap. He used his high pressure air blower and I was amazed at how much lint came out just from that. After that, he moved to the actual dryer vent. he removed the outside cover and started blowing out the vent. all i have to say was it was disgusting what he removed. I could not believe the amount of lint which was trapped just in the first feet of the exhaust pipe. Then he attached a spinning air hose to a power drill, inserted the hose to into the pipe and turned it on. This was when it got really disgusting. All the sudden huge, wet, lint balls came flying out of the exhaust fan for a good 30 second. After all good 5 minutes of what look like clearing a clogged water drain, he was finished and there was lint everywhere in the backyard. he took care to clear it all out. all in all, he was done in about 40 minutes. he was very helpful as i asked some questions about other services and you could tell he took pride in his work. i plan on using them again for full house vent cleaning.

I expected to receive a phone call within a couple of days concerning this service, but instead they sent me an email through Angie's list. Since I was not expecting this, I did not see the email until a week or so after I was expecting to hear from them. I called them once I saw it and set up a cleaning for the following week between 2 and 4 pm. On the day of, 2 pm came and went as did 4 pm. I called at 4:10 and the person I spoke with had no record of my cleaning, but said someone would be over within an hour. At 6 pm someone finally showed up. He was courteous and efficient. He had to clean my duct from the inside, since my outlet was on the roof and he could not access it. I wish he had told me how messy it would be if it were inside as I would have emptied my laundry room out first. Since he didn't, everything was covered in dryer dust and lint and everything had to be rewashed. Weeks later I am still finding lint in the room. Additionally, when he left, he did not correctly reattach the dryer hose back to the wall or to the machine. As a result, the first time I went to use the dryer after the cleaning, the hose fell off and hot air and dust went everywhere. The man who did the cleaning was very polite and friendly, but the overall experience was terrible. Perhaps this is not the usual customer experience, based on their angie's list rating, but since it was mine, I will not be using them again.

Paid a week ago for the deal and never called me to set up appointment.

He did a pretty thorough cleaning of the chimney but despite my request didn't put down a drop cloth. Since he was careful, this turned out not to be a problem but I was surprised at his refusal. Also, he could not close the damper as I requested due to a clamp that prevented it from closing. He refused to remove the clamp, however, claiming liability issues. In brief the quality of the work was OK but the overall experience left something to be desired.

They cancelled my appointment the day of but then they were able to reschedule after I called back like several times of trying to call them they were able to schedule another day.

The service was great. The provider did a thorough job cleaning the vents and left no mess. He was very knowledgeable on how the system was working and did a great job with no damage to the unit or vent ducts. I would recommend this provider and definitely use them again.

I was contacted 2 working days after I booked the services thru angies list. Got appointment after a week. Service professional was prompt and did a good job.

I give this company a big thumbs up -- The responded to my e-mail then next day - came on time on the day I requested. The technician did a great job (even though my dryer vent runs under my house and out under the porch - not easy and VERY over due) . I would definitely recommend and use again.

They were 3 hours late for the appointment and did not call to advise that they would be late but I was very pleased with the work and price.

I bought a 'deal' on Angie's List. Had difficulty scheduling the appointment. Finally got it scheduled a couple weeks later, and he cancelled it. Then he rescheduled and cancelled again. This is the second time getting a raw deal from Angie's list. Seriously questioning whether it is worth it. Trying to get my money back.

Brendan arrived as scheduled. He was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Together we had a hard time finding where my dryer vented to on the outside of my new home. We spent about 15 minutes looking. He then went into the attic and determined it was vented to the roof. Brendan cleaned the vent, reattached my dryer hose (securely); and cleaned the back of the dryer. He left everything neat and clean. Great Job!! Will use this company in the future.

The intake was on the roof. The air vents filter was in the laundry area. All vents were on the ceiling. The process is by necessity very noisy, so be prepared for that. It took a couple of hours to do a 1500 sq ft duplex.

The service was efficient and professional, On the day of service, Carlo called to give us an updated time for his arrival. He thoroughly explained the cleaning process, which took about 2 hours. We had used Duct Clean 1974 recently for a dryer vent cleaning. Based on that positive experience, we had them come out to clean the entire air vent system.

Purchased a deal for a dryer vent cleaning. Brandon was extremely professional and efficient. Very satisfied with service and will use them again in the future.

Brandon was a nice gentleman who first came to clean the duct and although he managed to clean it by going through the duct connection point to the dryer and the outlet, he couldn't remove the object that was blocking the airflow. After discussing the problem with the owner, he asked if they could come back again with a different equipment. The following day, the owner Carlos came with a commercial size equipment and tried to push/pull/ out the object blocking the duct but unfortunately, he still couldn't take it out. As he felt the job they came out to do was not finished, he wouldn't even charge me for their services. As I was happy with their considerate way of handling the situation, I had to insist on paying them which they ended up charging me just half of the agreed upon price. I found Carlos and Brandon to be very professional, polite, honest and considerate of their clients that I recommend them highly.
