I guess okay. My dryer vent exits on the second level on my roof. He went up there. Instead of blowing it out, he used a shop vac to suck out the lint to the main level where it meets the dryer. I'm not confident it was all pulled down from the second story roof exit, down the duct, to the where it meets the dryer on the main level using a shop vac. I will hire another other company from Angie's List for this year to double-check job.

They came out to do the sweep and when onsite, we made arrangements for them to come back and install the cap the following week. They never showed up the following week and told me the part had not come in. A week later they didn't show up again and told me it was because of the weather (it was sunny the day they were supposed to do the job. Then they said they had to wait until after the holidays. After the holidays they told me they couldn't get the part. Finally after asking several times they told me they couldn't do the job. This should be a simple job for any company doing chimney work and the run around was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.

Bought the Angie's List deal. Map of service area indicated we were inside the service area but we received a call that the we were too far out for just a dryer vent cleaning. They would come if we wanted additional services but wouldn't come to our area just for the $80 dryer vent cleaning deal.

extremely punctual. very polite and thorough. Would definitely recommend. Only complaint was that I had to follow 2x up to get it scheduled after I purchased up front through angies list.

The technician arrived on time and did the work with no problems. The company did have to reschedule us once because their technician was on medical rest, but communication regarding our reschedule was very prompt. We were able to reschedule via messaging on Angie's List, which is much more convenient for me than trying to play phone tag.

Brenden was very professional, prompt and courteous. He took time to explain the process to me and what he was doing. He was very patient with my questions. He went above and beyond and actually fixed something that was outside the scope of the maintenance service I paid for. I would recommend him to everyone.

The company was very good. It was the lowest price I saw for the work. They came on time, they were very courteous, and they did the job. There was one little slight additional charge for a piece of metal to properly connect my dryer to the vent more safely. It was a very good experience all the way around. I needed a special piece of metal to couple my dryer to the vent. He found that the vent was disconnected from the dryer and my dryer was venting into the laundry room which was not good. He came out to the truck and got that piece, and charged me $10 for that. I was still quite happy.

Serviceman showed up at dinner time and completed his work. Didn't need cleaning, because that was done previously. But, price seemed reasonable for the result I wanted.

Technican arrived on time, communication before and during the appointment was perfect. I had him clean our second chimney while onsite, and will be using this vendor in the future for a whole-house duct cleaning.

All around great experience. The provider was on time, quick, friendly, and efficient. After finishing with the dryer vent, he noticed that we didn't have a cap on the vent that would prevent animals from getting in there. We had been meaning to install one but hadn't gotten around to it. He also performed that service at the same time for a discounted price.

Very pleased with the quality of service this company provides. Brendan did his work well. He was professional, friendly with great attention to detail.

Our vent was a mess -- sloppy outdoor trap and cover, hardened lint. I suspected it was clogged because the new dryer had essentially quit drying. Brendan said the vent was a fire hazard and I'm sure he's right. He was prompt, polite and efficient, and resolved all the problems. We are very happy with his services and would definitely hire him again.

Everything went fine, but I was surprised the technician did not clean up after himself. The duct vacuuming left debris under/near vents throughout the house. When we had insulation work done recently, the guys vacuumed up after themselves, so now I come to expect that. I was also surprised that he did not take before and after photos, because I thought that was part of the deal. Besides that, I trust that he did a thorough job, and am pleased with the work.

I purchased a deal for cleaning of unlimited vents, returns, sanitization, etc. They accommodated my Saturday schedule request. Technician was presentable, professional, polite, and arrived on time. Once he got here he took some time to set up and explain what he needed to do. After he left I noticed a few vent covers had not been opened up...not exactly sure why but I assume he didn't know they were there. All in all, a good experience and I do recommend them.

When I called to make the appointment, I was given one right away from the owner. He assured me that Brendan would take care of me - and he sure did. Brendan called ahead to let me know he was on his way and showed up within the time window that was promised to me by the owner. Brendan went above and beyond vent cleaning, he answered my questions and his humor was also appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and handled my new carpet with care. In addition, he explained how the previous vent cleaners did poor jobs based on the debree that was found by his professional machine. I was astonished that the items he showed me may have been from when the house was built and/or before I bought it ten years ago! I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in my new home and other properties I own.
