They did not come within the scheduled window or even contact me, when I finally contacted them they told me he would be out after he finished a job that was over an hour away from me.

Brendan came to our house; he was fabulous. We have an old house; I'm not sure the previous owner had ever had the ducts cleaned so there was lots of work to do. The house has idiosyncratic ducts and a hard to reach furnace, and Brendan was patient and creative about how to clean them. He was also quite pleasant all around and taught us some things to do to keep the ducts cleaner in between visits. We will definitely be calling Duct Clean again.

That was a major screw up. He was suppose to be there from 10-11am and around 3pm I hadn't heard anything so I called him. I live in a gated community and he said he was there but did not have my number to call me so he could not get in. But we have our name and numbers listed so he could have called me and gotten in. I have been through a supervisor, they could not do it. He was just not honest as far as Im concerned. I don't think he is reliable so I would not even bother with him. If he was there and even if he didn't have my phone number and didn't look on the list at the door he could have called me when he got back to the office. I would tell a friend not to use them.

Very well. Good contractor to work with. On time, good communications, knowledgeable technician.

This was an $85 big deal purchase. It went okay, but he really had some problem with his scheduling, like, the person just showed up without informing. Then it was just kind of a scheduling conflict going back and forth. After he cleaned the duct there is still lint coming out, even turning on the dryer. Is it because of the dryer or they did not clean out the ducts correctly? Did they do a thorough, clean job or no? I did not witness it, but it is based on my conversation with my tenant. The price is good. I don't think they really matched the review on Angie's List.

Easy to schedule with and sent an appreciated reminder email the morning of. The worker was nice and professional. I watched a lot of lint fly out even though the dryer was installed only two years ago. He then cleaned up the area outside where the lint fell. Overall a good experience.

The service performed seems fine (though how can I really tell?,) and had no issues with the technician once they finally arrived. However, scheduling was a nightmare. We scheduled the appointment for 11am a week in advance. Late at night the evening before the scheduled appointment, I received a message telling me (not asking) that the technician would be there at 10 instead. Ok, fine I guess. Come 10:30 the next morning (30 minutes late) we receive a call to inform us that the technician would instead arrive at 12:00 (2 hours late.) Long story short, after yet another reschedule, and multiple confusing and unprofessional calls to the company's office, the technician ultimately showed up around 2:30 (4.5 hours late!) Our entire day was essentially wasted, and at no point did anyone even offer an apology or an explanation. I would not recommend hiring this company in the future.

Purchased Angies List $85.00 deal and the made and confirmed the appointment through the website. The company technician arrived as arranged. He completed the work within 30 minutes. Did a good job.

A few problems initially with scheduling, but completely satisfied with service and would use this company again.

Duct Clean was prompt and efficient. He was friendly and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I appreciated the fast, efficient, and complete job.

Making appointment was easy, and they work on weekends which is very convenient. Brandon showed up within the time-frame of the appointment. He was professional and enthusiastic. We toured the home identifying all the vents, and he explained the work he'd perform. Then he got to work. Everything took less than 2 hours. He was both quick and thorough. I had always wanted to have covers installed in my exterior vents, but never got around to it. Brandon told me he could have them installed. One less thing on my to-do list. Air quality was noticeably improved. Everything got sucked into a gigantic vacuum machine thing with HEPA filter, so the dust doesn't go back into the room. Everything went smoothly, and happy with the results.

Unsatisfactory. I did not get the service that I had paid for. Lack of communication and professionalism.

The technician came to our house on time. He was very courteous and listened as my wife explained the problem we were having with our dryer. His conversation and personality were both pleasant and encouraging. He got to work immediately and completed cleaned out the dryer vent system. Our dryer is working perfectly now. We have recommended this company to all of our family and friends..

We will continue to use this provider because it is a fair price, they do a nice job, and scheduling was easy.

Brendan was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the "textbook" process to me as well as the alternative if the textbook procedure could not be utilized. He was clean as well as thorough. I was so impressed I asked about scheduling another service. Excellent business etiquette.

Tech showed up when promised completed the work quickly.

My technician was Brendan. Brendan was prompt, very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained when he arrived what he would be doing and how long It would take. I was apprehensive before Brendan showed up who would be doing my work, as I hadn't had much sleep the night before due to illness and I was anxious to get the work done so that I could get some sleep. I was concerned about who would be in my home since I was very tired. Brendan, put me at ease. He went about his job, allowing me to finish my housework. He explained to me afterwards his findings. I am pleased with Brendan's work. This is the 2nd time I've used Duct Clean 1974 and so far I am very satisfied.

Can't vouch for this company enough. Brendan came in and was a total professional that was incredibly efficient. He got the job done and was able to show us immediately afterwards. He also answered all of our questions clearly and advised us about handling issues in the future. Duct Clean 1974 is who we'll use moving forward.
