The company responded within a few hours with an appointment time which we negotiated to a more convenient time for me. The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do to inspect the dryer and clean the vent. The process went quickly and he happily showed me via a camera the dryer vent before it was cleaned and afterwards. He seemed very knowledgeable, was very polite and I would definitely use this company again.

Brendan was fantastic, he was on time, efficient and explained everything he was doing. Brendan cleaned my system to his best ability and a lot of crap came out of it. I was shocked what he was pulling from it, to be honest. The window of time allotted was met perfectly, he is very honest and cleaned up the my house well from all the falling debris. I recommend this company and more specifically Brendan. Will call again. Great Job!!

For both appointments the service representatives arrived on-time and explained what was going to be done and were able to answer my questions and/or respond to my concerns.

A while after purchasing, I had to call them to find out why service wasn't completed. The employee told me that they did not have the ability to perform that service. Did not make sense to me since they had an advertisement for that specific service (Chimney Sweep and Inspection). Was not happy.

Had a very good experience. He was very professional and friendly. Will do business with this company again.

It went fine. He cleaned exactly what he said he was going to clean. A lot of gunk came out so I know it was clean. However they where late.

Ductclean 1974 was called because of highly rated reviews. Carlo answered the phone and said he could send someone that day and within a 2 hour window. Brendan and Massih arrived on time and went to work. The duct was probably 20 feet long. They worked as a team-one inside, one outside, very professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned up and left no mess. The price was very reasonable. Definitely they are on the "Use Again List". Good company!

The communication to schedule an appointment went well and the service technician arrived on time. The problem was the services provided. I purchased a chimney sweep along with an inspection. The technician only provided an inspection and did not perform any sweep of the chimney. The flue was even off track and he didn't even bother pointing out or fixing.

Very smoothly. The recommended a vent cover for outside to prevent critters from coming in. Small charge. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Once the Technician arrived everything was great and the work was good. Ran into a couple of issues prior to finally getting the technician to the house. Appointment was schedule and I had to take of work. I am home waiting for someone to call or knock on the door and finally I decided to call. I was then told that a message was left (which it was but I had not seen it) that they could not come that day because the scheduled tech got fired that morning. The next available date would be more than a week away. On the day of the second appointment, I was told that the tech would be there after 2:00 PM. I just happened to pick up my phone while at work, and see a missed call and message. When calling back at 10:00 AM I was told the technician was at my house and had just left. They did call him to turn back around, but I had to scramble to make arrangement for someone to be available to let him in when I had already scheduled someone to be available at 2:00 PM. That said, once they were in the house, the technician was very thorough and did an outstanding job. ... and my representative at the house said he was professional in explaining the problem and what he did to fix the problem. So all the problems aside, I was satisfied with the service.

It went well, very good. They were professional and very courteous. No problem, everything was ok.

Serviceman showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly and explained the process. The vent to clean was not long or hard to access and he finished his work in roughly 30 minutes. He left the area clean and left his card information before leaving. I would have appreciated a bit more cleaning of the dryer itself leading to the vent but that may not have been part of their process. Overall, I would hire them again to do this type of work.

Great. I would use again if needed, but they did such a great job, I don't see myself calling them back out.

Have not heard from these guys nor did they respond to Angie list. Had to call them after two weeks and guys did not show up nor call.

When I called the company to redeem the offer I purchased, the company told me they do not have a technician that performs these services. I don't understand why a company would offer a deal for a service they aren't capable of performing. Seems like it's bad for business. Luckily, I was able to exchange this offer for another through a different company that IS capable of performing the service.

Brendan completed my services. He was knowledgeable and professional. My vents were spotless when he finished. There were no hidden fees and extra costs which I appreciated. I would recommend their services and would use them in the future.
