Description of Work: They used an organic cleaner and cleaned the furnace and mold in the a.c. unit for which I was thankful (but you can't see in there)- but s ince then we have got dust on the grills out of the cold air returns. I must call them - but I was shocked at their p[rice but sort of caught in the middle as I didn't have time to go out and get prices from the competition.

Description of Work: This company was a NO CALL NO SHOW. I called the company today to find out what happened. Carlo claimed they sent me a confirmation message and no message was received. Carlo claimed they left me a voice mail but no message was received. Carlo claimed the phone number he had was received from Angie's list but its a phone number I make calls from at work and shows on your caller id but not a number you can not call me back on nor a number I have ever given to anyone. Even Angie's list has the wrong phone number for me. This company gets an F for unprofessionalism on the no call no show.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $199 for air duct cleaning including sanitizer! It was a good experience.

Description of Work: Chimney cleaning went smoothly. I had forgotten that the fireplace was full of wood for a fire we prepared last year and never lit. The sweep quietly removed all the items and then replaced them, apologizing for not building the pyramid in the same way.

Description of Work: The technician came on time. Living in the city without off street parking made it more difficult to set up the rig, but all worked fine. Considering the dryer ducts were not cleaned in over 20 years, I think things went well. I still get a slight burning smell when I use the dryer, but tons of fluff came out of the duct. The only questions I have are: 1: How do they really tell if they got everything out of the duct? Wasn't clear on this even after asking questions. 2: The clean up. The process left a light layer of fluff all over the walls,ceiling, appliances and furniture in the room with the dryer. Although the technician vacuumed the floor, I ended up cleaning all the other surfaces.

Description of Work: I have not been able to contact this provider to schedule an appointment. My emails and phone calls have not been answered or returned. I also wrote to you to get a refund for the coupon I purchased. As this is my first experience with angie's list and one of your service providers I am very disappointed. I would like my refund asap. Please advise on how to go about this.
