The gentleman who showed up was prompt and very professional. However, looking at the vents I could not tell he did anything. Would not have service performed again.

I have been trying to communicate with the company since September 1st to have my air ducts cleaned. No one answers the phone hard to get an email response back. Right now I am waiting to here back from Angie's list for me to be able to contact another provider since I have already paid my money but still dealing with an issue. The guy was extremely rude.

Very well. I had previously used this company to clean the dryer vent a few years ago. I've been living in the house for 10 years and decided it was time to have the air ducts cleaned. Brendan was on time and very efficient. He got the work done quickly and I have been very pleased with the results. The house is less dusty when I do my weekly cleaning. One unexpected bonus was that the the squeaking that I heard on the first floor of my house sometimes when the air conditioning was running has stopped.

Technician was competent, thorough and polite. Our ducts had an awful moldy smell before they were cleaned, but he was able to eliminate the bad odor.

Everything went very well. Technician was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, helpful. This is the second time I have used this company and I will use them again when I need my ducts cleaned again.

The contractor Carlos arrived to my home with his cleaning equipment but found that he could not perform the cleaning because he thought the flu was sealed, the damper was broke. I had my husband come the next day to look up the chimney and was able to push up the flu. Dead leaves and ash fell through but the flu did open. The home is 93 years old home so maybe its design was a little different than other flu. Carlos did look at the outside of the chimney and side it was well built, and that the chimney could use chimney caps.

The guy was real nice but the dust was all over the front yard. It rained and it all went away. It was a little bit expensive.

Our service was great! Fast, professional, and a great price. Our technician was great about keeping us informed on what he was doing and how things were going. Highly recommended!

I had 2 appointments rescheduled which was frustrating but when the person finally showed to do the work, it was done well ( from what I can tell ) and he was pleasant and spent time explaining the procedure. If it weren't for the scheduling issues, I would have given them an "A"

I had my air ducts cleaned on 07/26/2017. The technician that came was named Brendan. He was really friendly, nice, and professional. I had originally called Duct Clean 1974 and asked to make sure of the price listed on Angie's List of $185 for cleaning of unlimited air duct vents + 1 dryer ventilation and sanitation. The owner OKed it and we scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Brendan came 2 hours earlier than scheduled but we believe it's actually Angie's List's fault because when purchasing the deal, I stated I already made my appointment. Brendan was very understanding and waited 20 minutes for me to arrive. He explained the process well and went around the house to see all the vents and down into the basement. He also reassured me on different matters that I worried about and could tell I was freaking out a bit about certain maintenance I might need to do in the future. He got so much crap out of my vents and I saw it for myself. My vents do look much cleaner and he gave me different tips to do in the future. I'll definitely be recommending him to my parents and calling them for future services.

The technician showed up between the time he said he would. I have two younger girls who were excited about the process and the technician engaged with them and showed them what he was doing. He took pictures of the before and after so we could see the inside the of the vents. Very professional and did a great job! Would definitely hire again!

Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd never had my ducts or dryer vent cleaned, so I decided to pursue the duct and vent cleaning as routine maintenance. I will call on them again in 2 years for the same service.

He called couple of times to reschedule. I tried to work with his schedule. He came without giving heads up. Just show up on door. Completed task in 8 mins and about to leave. I stop him and asked him is it done. He said all is good. Not sure what he did, can't check it. Not sure was it worth $85.
