They are very customer service from beginning to end. They walked us through our options and answered questions as we went through the construction process. End result is a great looking patio.

I got an estimate on June 9th they came out June 28th and they did not complete the job and I have been getting the run around ever since. I had a minor property damage and I still have not gotten a response from that and I have been waiting on the completion for the job for the last month and 2 weeks.

They walked me through. The process 100% of the way. They installed two stamped pads for me one for a hot tub and the other for my garbage cans. They listened and provided exactly what I asked for.

This company made it easy and delivered exactly what we wanted. Our stamped concrete walkway is beautiful. Our property was protected during the installation and I will be using them again. Lastly, the price was better than the competition.

The quality and value of the work is very good. Surely added curb appeal, and I expect will increase resale value.

This is a very professional company. We scheduled the work in February, knowing there could be weather delays; and there were. However, they called my husband and kept him up to date on the schedule. We were lucky enough to have a few good days and the crew showed up on time and completed the work over the next few days. Very professional, nice, and respectful. The project (two walkways and a fire pit) came out perfect! They completed the job and cleaned up everything--it was like they were not even here. We are very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again for any concrete or outside stonework--excellent.

Daniel Garcia came out to give an estimate and was able to provide valuable information no one else bothered to even mention. Given the grade of my property, a retaining/sitting wall was recommended to eliminate run off and possible erosion. The price was right. The crew showed up and worked like a well oiled machine. Everything I was told about the process went exactly as promised. The finished product is one I'm sure I will enjoy for years to come.

Had our walkway taken out and replaced with a new stamped and colored walkway. It looks amazing - awesome job, and quicker than I expected.

American Custom Hardscapes completely demo'd my front porch and sidewalk and installed beautiful stamped concrete in its place. When I decorated the area with flower pots that discolored the stain, ACH was quick to respond and restain as good as new. I highly recommend ACH because not only are they professional with superior workmanship, but they stand behind their product with great customer service.

We are extremely pleased with the work ACH did for us. We replaced a paver sidewalk with the stamped concrete and love the new look. Customer service was excellent -- from initial contact with the administrative staff, to sales rep and installers. We were told up front when the work would be performed and they were actually a week earlier than initially scheduled. The installers are amazing, easy to work with and clearly know what they're doing. Highly recommend.
