Collins Paving & Sealcoating

Although initially satisfied, I feel the need to alter my review of this service. The oil based driveway sealer is very slippery when wet and treacherous with snow , even a dusting. My driveway has a slight slope, but even the flat areas are slippery to the point that I have fallen just walking. Perhaps there is a additive or abrasive that could be added, but I was not made aware of this and regret my decision.

Very disappointing work. He sealed over moss and leaves. One week later the sealant seems to have washed away in the rain :( We paid $500 for basically nothing.

Cody called within an hour of my inquiry on HomeAdvisor. I was not able to return his call until the following day and he showed up later in the afternoon to give me an estimate and explain the different options for sealing. We agreed on a price and he was prepared to do the work immediately. The finished product looks great and I feel very confident that Cody will come back and correct any issues that might arise later, although I don’t expect to have any. I am comfortable giving him an endorsement to friends and neighbors.

Cody called and was able to get the job done the next day . Driveway looks great .

Cody Collins was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain the process and the pros and cons of the different sealers. Our drive has never looked so good.

Cody was professional, courteous, and communicative about his oil based process when talking about resealing our driveway than the water based/tar products that are sold at conventional stores that I almost ended up doing myself. Work well done and prices were reasonable for the work/time and effort. Would recommend his work and services.

Mr. Collins was late due to Friday afternoon traffic but alerted me to that fact ahead of time which I greatly appreciated. When he arrived he took the time to explain the process and completed the job to my satisfaction. The driveway looks great - time will tell how well it holds up. Very professional.

They use an oil base that actually protects the driveway and makes it last.

Did not power wash the driveway, which I understand to be the industry standard to remove dirt and oils from the surface.
